Vila Bicuda Resort

Very well setup. The space was large and very comfortable with all amenities. Very close the the pool and the bed was very comfy. The onsite shop, laundry, café and restaurant were very handy. Everything was there that you needed for a toddler too. It was a good location to visit the beaches and sites. All in all a great place for a family holiday.

Nothing really. Next time would stay in a west facing unit to enjoy the sunset.

The room was really sizeable, clean and comfortable; the bathroom and kitchen were also more than sufficient for our requirements, The balcony was perfect for an aperitif in the evening, and the cafe close by was excellent for breakfast and snacks, However, the best thing about Villa Bicuda was the swimming pool - you could always guarantee a sun lounger and shade, it never got too busy and the pool was wonderful for a dip when the sun got too strong.

The lack of eating places in the immediate vicinity for the evening was a bit of an issue. The restaurant on site was OK: the food was nice but the owner/ proprietor was a bit surly and the service was hit and miss. The alternative was a taxi ride into Cascais, where there was a wider choice of restaurants, or a 15/20 minute walk to local places.

The villa was very clean and cleaned spotless every day by staff, very spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated with outdoor private terrace, and the pool just steps away. Good facilities nearby, bakery/coffee shop with outdoor seating and groceries next dooor was very convenient. So was the playground where our little one had great time every day. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. The resort is well secured, quiet and with a family atmosphere. It was perfect place for what a family witg kids needs for an enjoyable holiday. We havent rented a car but taxi was always only a couple minutes away when we needed one. And only 5 mins drive to the centre of Cascais.

Lovely vila complex with various sized Vilas to suit any size of holiday, we had a studio as it was my wife and 3 month olc Daughter with me. Room was a great size with a huge double bed and Cot for the Baby, bathroom and full equiped kitchen (oven, microwave and draws full of Utensils). We also had a nice little balcony area and a TV with Sky for music channels and movies etc. As the for the site itself a lovely restaurant which was open till late and very reasonable prices (we struggled to spend €100 on a meal with wine and beers for 2 in there and the service was second to none). There is a Bakery and a shop on site that open early and also a launderette (though we never used this as we were only there for 4 nights) Cascais its self is a lovely little place full of restaurants and nice walks along the sea front, all the local people were very accommodating and friendly with the little on We used Uber to get around as there are so many there and a taxi to town is less than €5 so really handy and they are there within a few minutes. Overall brilliant place to stay, would highly recommend it and am already looking to book again myself for next years holiday, really is 5 stars.

The Resort was Fabulous & Clean & Accommodation for 3 bed Villa was Great. As a group of friends it served it purpose. Loved that the cleaners came daily & made beds & provided clean towels. This was more than our expectations. Everything was perfect. Having the supermarket & Bakery on site was fab. The pool was also lovely for the time we had to chill out. Short uber ride into main town of cascais roughly €7 between 5 of us. Would highly recommend and we will definately Return, hopefully next year.

Nothing ..... we had a fabulous time

The complex is very nice and the pool was great. Our villas were together as requested and right by one of the pools. The supermarket on site and the bakery were very good and served our purpose. Its in a quiet neighbourhood and the staff were excellent. Our villa was cleaned every day and the pool area was kept very clean as was the whole complex.

I thought it ws a bit of a shame that for a few small things I would have given the villa an excellent rating. We didnt have any cushions on our sofas ( I know there were supposed to be some as our friends next door had them). There wasnt enough crockery to keep the 4 of us going for the day and there wasnt a dishcloth and washing up liquid provided. They provided a dishwasher tablet every day but it would have been nice to have been able to handwash cups so we didnt run out. The chairs both inside and out are also very uncomfortable and "functional". They are metal outside and got very hot.

We loved the location of the hotel, really close to shops, the centre and the beach. The grounds are great, we used the bakery, laundry and shop while there both of which were fantastic. The room (62) was quiet and was split level so we had plenty of space and having X2 toilettes was also handy. The room had been set up with a cot and smaller bed which we asked for and it was clean and the beds were comfortable

One of the pools was not useable, there was tape across and the water seemed discoloured, the other pool was open but the water was freezing so would be nicer if it was warmer and the kitchen felt older than the rest of the house so in time needs an upgrade

we had to wait about 20/30 minutes between showers because of the hot water. it wasn’t enough for 4 showers

We had a perfect stay. The ambiance was very relaxed at the park, it felt very secure. We got an upgrade to one of the little vila”s in The park and we would very much recommand it. It was very quiet so we had good nights. Also compliments to the cleaning ladies since they did a very good job every day! We loved coming home in such a clean place.

We cant think of anything actually. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Everything! The whole vila bicuda complex was really well maintained. Pools and pool area were great and very clean The villa we stayed in very spacious, comfertable and was spotless. Cleaning staff came around every day and fresh towels provided as required The patisserie served delicous cakes and coffee and the shop was well stocked with everything we needed. Staff very helpful. We arrived quite late and reception stayed open for us and so did restaurant. Food at restaurant was excellent also.

Location is out of town but we knew that beforehand and got taxis and bikes for getting around.
