Sheraton Cascais Resort - Hotel & Residences

Very close to Cascais by car (10min). The hotel is within a secure gated and secure area with free parking. Very big room with private balcony. The staff in reception was nice and resolutive (we had issues with the wi-fi and solved it that same day). There were dishware and a kitchen area. The tv was very big and new.

The bathtub was very narrow (seem old) and the shower screen did barely prevent the water from splashing outside. Definetely do not recommend the restaurant on site (Garden): it took us more than 2 hours to have lunch when the restaurant was very empty and we could see how all the other guests were frustrated as well. The road inside the facilities is very bumpy (seems not well mantained). One of the days they did not replenish the water bottles or tea bags, and left the balcony door open.

Staff in the terrace restaurant (breakfast) were very helpful and breakfast itself was excellent. Large rooms were extremely comfortable and the pool was wonderful.

Service in the Japanese restaurant was difficult - online menus were hard to navigate and staff were not immediately helpful but the meal we eventually had was superb

The hotel is very clean, lovely grounds and relaxed atmosphere. The pools looked lovely but unfortunately they were too cold to use. Beautiful and very large 2 bedroom suite, would certainly recommend for a family of 4. The spa was lovely, calming and perfect for a rainy day. We had a family massage and our Children loved it. The sushi restaurant in the hotel was amazing, I’ve never tasted Sushi like it, delicious flavours and the waiter was very knowledgable, Pricey but worth it. A luxury shuttle bus service takes you into Cascais which is ideal.

The pool was too cold to use, it was warm outside so it would have been nice to have the pool bar open and sit on a lounger even if you couldn’t use the pools

friendly staff, free shuttle bus into Cascais, cleanliness, good size suite, evening turn down, bed was really comfortable, food from the main restaurant (via room service) was a very good standard.

it’s out of the main area (10 to 15 mins cab ride) and nothing within walking distance (beach, coffee shop etc). spa was small

Thr room atmosphere was a bit cold, not cosy. The hotel charged extra amount from my credit card and I have to use time and effort to make it right.

the personnel is very friendly. all issues were solved quickly and with professionalism.

the room was a bit loud. close to the restaurant, with ambient music always on.

Nicely appointed, quiet luxury location with professional and pleasant staff throughout.

The breakfast and the pool bar were rather disappointing both in terms of choice and of the quality of the food. Reassuringly expensive Sheraton positioning.

3rd time at property - it’s beautifully kept with amazing gardens pool and facilities - easy access to cascais and Lisbon - food was good and the staff were amazing

What didn’t I love about it! It was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed in, we loved it so much that we extended 2 extra days.
