I was pleasantly surprised by my room when i arrived. I got the one with the view in the photos. It was a little small at first but once i had set up the fold out table and unpacked there was more than enough space for things and with my little heater the room got nice and warm quickly. The bed was firm and there were lots of blankets (i get very cold easily). Like other reviews say you can hear people moving around in other rooms/ at the entrance but you can get that anywhere. I cant sleep unless its silent so i did use earplugs but you could hear traffic noise as well. The bathroom was fine, cleaned daily and my towels were even changed half way through my stay. I appreciated the fridge/ freezer and microwave on the 2nd floor of rooms. Wifi was fast and the location is great, a 3 minute walk and you are in the town square!

My door handle was very loose and noisy but it did lock. The shower doors were broken and kept coming off of their rollers, so some people wouldn't use it correctly and break it further or shower with the door open and flood the floor. Not a big thing but you could do with one or two more hooks in the room to hang your coat etc.

Very clean. Nice and cosy room. Comfortable bed. 2 towels and blankets. Furniture hangers table and lamp. Hot shower. Fridge and full length mirror :) in the common area. Beautiful view. Super easy check in. Peaceful location. Few mins away from centre. Reception immediately answered the phone when I called. They were helpful with my request. Great place for such a good price!

2 legs of the bed got out of place when I moved the bed. I put them back in place so it didnt affect my sleep. They need to be fixed.

best location in Coimbra, clean and nice view.

having a little kitchenette would make it even much much better. even though there is fridge and microwave.. but then its only this, the fridge and microwave is just standing in the hall way. a little place to have as kitchen maybe would make it the best. and they really need go memtion about the stairs to go upper floors. I am ok woth that but to know it in advance always makes people comfortable. then you dont have surprise surprise, you know! I had to unload my luggage pi ce one piece to get it to upper stairs.

The room was exactly as advertised and the view is spectacular! I’m so glad I upgraded to a room with a balcony. Two very well placed outlets: one at the bed and one at the foldable table.

The lock to the shared bathroom was a bit wonky. I just put my shower shoes leaning on the door to mark that it was occupied, but no one ever tried to open the door while I was in there.

The price, the towels and linen, the cleanliness.

We were fine and there was a note on the file regarding stairs; however this is NOT an accessible location for anyone physicàlly large or heavy as my wife of 52 kilograms could barely fit up the spiral staircase with her back pack on in order to access the room.

The room had a table, chair and cabinet. I was surprised to see that to that price. I even got new towels and a little cleaning every day. I slept about 100 meters from where the two first kings of Portugal are buried.

The toilet stopped working after 10 days, but it was fixed within half a day and I could just use the 2 other available toilets.

The guest house is very well situated in the city, near to a lot of the things I wanted to see. The room was clean and had a good view, and the bed was comfortable. There was room enough to put all my stuff as a solo backpacker.

Just keep in mind the stairs inside up to the rooms are a very narrow spiral staircase, and I with my fairly narrow rucksack almost got stuck, so be careful if you're climbing with bags.

It’s located in city center. The room and the bathroom are clean and tidy. They gave us clean towels. The view from my room is as beautiful as the picture that they show.

The hot water in the shower works very slowly, so sometimes you just have to shower with cold water.

Really comfortable bed. Tv in the twin room. Other guests were very nice. Good fridge. Amazing view. We really liked it, specially because of the price. We didn’t expect luxury but everything was super nice and made justice to the price

Close to everything and the the view was amazing. The room was clean and it was like in the pictures. Easy to chek-in.

There were a lot of mold in the top of the shower. There was a lot of noise from the street but that's not the fault of the owner, it's just good to know. The fact that the televison has a camera was kinda creepy tho.
