- The view was amazing - The hotel was very quiet and clean - Enough space for 2 peoples - The breakfast was good - Receptionist, friendly and directed us on the different means of transport near the hotel. - Bus at 2 minutes from the hotel and aerobus at 5 minutes - The breakfast room is very clean and refined (cutlery, cloth, ...) everything is provided carefully as in a restaurant +, the view from the restaurant of the hotel is beautiful with a view on garden and ocean In short I recommend for people who want a quiet hotel

- Hotel a little far from the center if you like walking it will take almost 1h otherwise by bus at 2 min from the hotel it's very fast and ticket cost (1,95 euros) but it's what makes it a quiet hotel no noise around the hotel nor noise of traffics it's in a small street

The room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good location near the beach. Breakfast was good but always the same, no vegetables.

We liked the location. It was quite but also very easy to walk to Forum, lots of different restaurants and a lovely promenade. Could also walk to the beach if we wanted to as there was 2 beaches easily accessible from the hotel. We also thought the room was very clean which made us feel comfortable. The bed was comfy too.

The pool could do with cleaning and fixing the little tiles as these were coming off as we were in the pool.

I can confirm all previous evaluations about friendliness of the staff, which was exceptional. As a surprise, there was an aircon in our room, which was not in the list of facilities. The swimming pool is quite and pleasant. We always found a parking place in the court of the hotel.

In case there is not enough guests, the restaurant remains closed for the dinner and the breakfast is served instead of buffet. Nevertheless, it is not certainly a disadvantage since you can make lot of individual request for your breakfast!

air conditioner wasn’t working so got quite hot at night. A decent fan was provided.

Great hotel, great (very quiet) location, far from city center but you always can use bus #2 which bring you to Funchal city for 15 min, you can enjoy only sound of the ocean. Nice breakfast with ocean wien (i would only add vegetables) Cozy room, clean. Also hotel offer additionally (12 euro) lunch for 4 diff very tasty meal + glass of drink. Good price, very good cooked mels. There is also dinner you can eat for 15 euro 1 dish

Great location, very close to the beach. If you're renting a car (which is highly recommended in Maderia) then free parking is a big plus and it's easy to get around from the hotel. Big supermarket and a lot of restaurants frequented by locals close by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were repetitive, but the buffet is big enough that it doesn't get boring.

A scent on the bed sheets. But sheets were changed when I said something. The TV needs to be fixed to work and pool.
