Day time traffic noise

The reception area is very chic and staff were very friendly at check in. For us the room was more of a stop off point as we went to explore the city. But the beds were comfy and I loved the shower. Great little balcony to give you views of the city. Small complimentary mini bar(soft drink cans & water). All felt very secure, good communication via whatsapp and able to keep our bags on the last day. Really easy on the Metro from the airport (30 mins and less that 2euro), also pretty much on 5euro in an uber from anywhere you want to go in the city.

Not a negative but to be aware that toilet/shower/bed/sink all sort of one room and only seperated by partially blurred glass, just make sure you're sharing with someone you're comfortable with, very limited privacy. I did find it quite noisy at night from the road below despite sleeping with ear plugs.

We really loved the place. It’s centrally located right on the main street. There’s a metro just in front of the hotel. It’s a good 10-15 minute walk to city center. There’s grocery stores and restos/cafes down the street. Accessible to everything. The A/C works really good. Place was very clean and shower head has good water pressure. There’s sufficient places to put stuff and luggages. Easy check-in. It’s a busy street outside but we Never had an issue with the noise. Staff are so friendly and warm. It was a good stay. I highly recommend the place! Towels/beddings/bed were soft, clean and comfortable. The place was safe even at night. There’s a north american plug-in available if you don’t have the EU adapter. The room was well-equipped. Soap/shampoo/conditioner and handsoap/ lotion all were provided.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the decoration is interesting! The hotel was located 1 min away from a metro station, making it extremely convenient, as it was close to the main tourist areas without being right in the middle of it. Staff was super helpful and polite.

Although the room was very comfortable, it did miss a table/chair. That would have made it more practical. The hotel did not offer dinner service (only breakfast was available, to my knowledge), but there were food options down the street just outside the hotel. This is, however, something to keep on mind if you're planning on a late check-in

temperature is not customizabile by guests in the room (or at least ours), was centrally controlled as far as we were told; it was too hot in the room despite staff was hearing our concern and adjusted it not sufficient, quite humid as shower cabin in the room, it needs ventilation on high (that one is adjustable) for a better comfort, window opened help, however our room being at the street was too noisy to sleep with it open (an option considering a mild winter we experienced in Lisbon); nonetheless staff was kind to respond to all our issues raised

Super comfy bed, clean, very kind staff, smooth change of room on the second day

Got a much smaller room than the one we had booked (Superior), without work station which was essential to us. There wasn't any previous notice that the room would be different. For the second night they managed to arrange the originally booked superior room for us and offered free of charge breakfast for the two nights that we were staying. The kitchen staff was very kind but didn't know that the previous day we had asked at reception for vegan options for breakfast so unfortunately they didn't have anything to offer. It would be great if vegan options were always readily available since there are more and more people who choose to eat plant-based 🙌

The staff where extremely welcoming & friendly. soon as you walk into the hotel you get a sense of tranquility, my boyfriend thought we had accidentally walked into a spa haha. it’s absolutely beautiful!! & very cool for the hotter weather ! noise was not an issue at all! with veranda door open it you didhear the traffic however once shut we could barely hear anything! it was my boyfriend birthday and they kindly had a bottle of wine & glasses on the bed of arrival which it thought was very lovely however we don’t drink wine 😅 we were given a room with an amazing & right next to the rooftop area which is an absolute sun trap in the early afternoon lovely place to chill. ALSO they had British plugs!! which I had not realised until I got there or wouldn’t have bothered buying a EU plug!! such a nice touch that I have never came across in any hotel before!! i also left my Polaroid camera in the room and hadn’t noticed until I got back to the UK! I WhatsApped the hotel not getting my hopes up & they replied extremely fast and assured me they had it and that they have a shipping company within the hotel and passed my details on! i was messaged a lot in instagram asking what hotel I was in after posting my room as it was stunning!! would recommend to anyone !

Today I want to talk about our experience at the WC by The Beautique Hotels. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my wife. I'll tell you a spoiler right now. It was 10 out of 10. 1. Concept and design: super unusual, interesting, beautiful. 2. Quality of the rooms and structure in general: Top notch. We didn't come across anything broken or too old. Everything in the room and inside the building is clean, working, fairly new or well maintained. 3. Breakfast: We didn't take breakfast every day. But it can be ordered directly during breakfast, simply by calling the number and asking for an addition for today for 10 euros per person. The breakfast is good. Nothing outstanding but 100% worth the money and more. Everything is fresh, everything is delicious. Well, the last 2 points are perhaps the most important. 4. Staff: This is simply beyond praise. I have not met such a delicate, friendly, understanding, responsive and warm attitude towards guests in every 5-star hotel. Starting from room cleaning and breakfast waiters, to desk managers and night receptionists. Everyone treats you as if you are their old friend and acquaintance. And they are ready to help you at any moment. SEPARATE and SPECIAL! We would like to acknowledge the work of the Desk Manager and the Manager (I hope we understood their positions names correctly) Nadja and Diogo. If the hotel management reads this message. THESE 2 people are an EXAMPLE of hospitality, clarity, professionalism and amazing work in the Hotel business. These guys have done EVERYTHING and more for us. They helped arrange a birthday surprise for my wife. They arranged for us a Welcome compliment on check-in. (We came to Lisbon to celebrate a birthday of my wife) SO: NADJA and DIOGO - THANK YOU! You are just beyond the bounds of kindness and attentiveness to people. 5. Service: All at the highest level. All employees were always ready to pay attention to any of our questions.

one thing. this concept of the doors inside the rooms. this is little bit strange. doors not closed and not sound protected. and this is created some confused situation also between wife and husband. because we respect our intim moments like go in toilet. or bath time.

Beautiful room with an enormous, comfortable bed and the iconic bath at the end of the bed. Lovely boutique hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities. It's a little out of the very centre of Lisbon but you're paying less for the room as a consequence, Lisbon is super hilly so there are some big climbs between the hotel and some of the sights. It's opposite a tram stop on the circular number 28 tram, well worth doing this route as it goes up and down hills and close to several sights - the tram route is an experience on it's own.

Room decor is lovely, but the decoration in the rest of the hotel is a little over the top - they have taken the bathing concept too far and slapped water imagery over every surface of the corridors and lifts. It's easy to get away from this in the more understated rooms.

It's a lovely hotel with beautiful decor and aroma. It's like stepping in to a spa. A great and novel concept! The staff are equally lovely - very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. I loved their uniform of silk pyjamas and dressing gowns. Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Great shower with L'Occitane toiletries. The TV projected on to the mirror is a great idea and makes the room more streamlined. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A greater variety of fruit, and yoghurts at breakfast would have been appreciated.
