Beautiful hotel and guestroom. Comfortable bed and well-stocked, contemporary bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff. Lovely restaurant and bar, including a small outdoor dining area. Reasonably priced menu for a hotel. Just minutes by foot from a metro station. Very convenient. A gem of a hotel. I am an American living in Portugal and will stay here again when I'm in Lisbon.

I liked everything and will return. Just a suggestion: Perhaps a QR code or something in the guestrooms so guests can access the restaurant menu and order room service or take-away if desired.

We felt extremely lucky finding this gem as it opened just 4 days prior to our arrival! Just 100m from a metro station and approximately 25 minutes from the airport, the location is great. Walking distance to the city center as well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Catarina and the rest of the team were highly professional and proactive. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Rooms are brand new and daily cleaned. They have even installed automatic curtain system, making the rooms modern and highly competitive at their fare range. We surely felt the hospitality and we'll try to visit again! Highly suggested!

The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were a good size and the beds were really comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was good, you could tell everything was fresh. Not sure its quite worth the price considering you have to make your own coffee using a machine.

Hotel is located on a busy main road although the sound proofing is good you can still hear the metro rumbling by. The bathroom should be separate from the bedroom.

Location is great, at walking distance from downtown, and a Metro Station next to the hotel. Staff is very kind, helpfull and always available. Really enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant has a beautifull decoration and everything i've tried tasted great. The room decoration is top making it cozy and comfortable, lot's of sockets for all the gadgets. Great beds together with the soundprof room, make a solid night sleep. Really happy for my choice. Much better than many 5 Stars i've tried. Will definitly be back!

Brand new place, so everything’s in immaculate condition. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Important to mention: hotel is on busy main street, but has amazing sound proofing. As soon as you enter, the street noise is gone. Our room was to the back and we were able to sleep with open windows, waking up to birdsong - in the midst of a central business district! Located in sought after Alfama district in walking distance from Martim Moniz

The Dos Reis hotel is modern, clean and the rooms were lovely and spacious. The staff were super friendly and did anything they could to help and make the staff enjoyable.

Couldn’t fault the property itself but it was slightly away from the main area. Although super close to a metro station.

We were very fortunate to get a room at this hotel after a very long day and cancelled flight...staying at this hotel turned a bad situation good!

The staff was very nice and welcoming especially Rita. She told us the best places to visit and booked a Fado show for us. The staff was always offering to help for anything. The room was very clean. We also had a little balcony wich is quite rare in hotels. That way we could enjoy the vue and breath some fresh air. We loved the shower with a calming interior. The products (shower gel, etc.) were very good quality. The street was quite noisy (the was a hospital, a police station on the same street) but when you closed the window, you could barely hear anything from outside.

The room had no shelves to store the clothes and not enough hangers either. There was no chair to the bureau. The breakfast was good but always the same and not enough choice for salty things. But those are kind of details for us because overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Very convenient localization, just next to the metro station and bus/tram stops. The room was very clean and elegant. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Well-equipped bathroom with nice soft towels and good cosmetics. Good wi-fi connection. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit monotonous, every day exactly the same.

The ceiling-to-floor mirror in the toilet was quite uncanny. A simple kettle in the room would be more convenient than a coffee maker. It would also be good to have some real closet to store small items that couldn't be hanged, not just the hangers.

I stayed at Dois Reis Hotel in Lisbon, and I must say it was a lovely and clean hotel conveniently located just a minute's walk from the metro station. The hotel staff was both professional and friendly, and having a 24-hour manned reception desk provided a sense of security knowing that someone is always available. I was assigned a spacious corner room with a balcony, which was clean and featured a large, comfortable bed. The room had long blackout curtains that could be easily adjusted for complete darkness, and the lighting could also be controlled with the touch of a button. The bathrooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The breakfast was basic but sufficient for my needs. While the room wasn't cheap, I felt it offered great value for the price.

The balcony was quite narrow, and the railing was low, so I wouldn't recommend going out on it during strong winds – it's not safe.
