The property was in a great location and we were able to walk almost anywhere. The staff were super kind and helpful. They left us a pastry which was really thoughtful. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

We were in the basement flat which meant we didn’t have any natural light and we couldn’t really open the window as it led to a tiny courtyard which had a slight smell.

The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming and acommodating. The flat was also cleaned every day. Even though it was a soffa bed, it was comfortable. The location is pretty epic, very scenic street, 30 minutes walk to the center. The metro station is right in front of the apartment, so are stores and laundry services. Having AC was also great.

The flat had a window only in the toilette so it makes it hard to wind out the space. The only thing except for that was that the room is so close to the entrance and the washing machines, so at points in the mornings we couldnt sleep in because of all the noise.

Great staff, so friendly. It was a bit awkward to have the reception on the other side of the street, but nothing too complicated. Location is great, we walked to the Commercio Square easily every day. The metro is in front of the place if you are lazy. There is a Auchan supermarket for the late night snacks and wine at 50 meters. They also do fresh coffee and pastel de nata inside.

We expected to have a small fridge and a water kettle based on the pictures and for the price we paid (obviously didn't look well enough). This is a big shout out to the management to install that. We ended up buying ice cubes at the super market to fill the waste bin to cool beers and wine. Also, water kettle to make a tea or coffee after getting up.

Modern cosy clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location right next to the metro, decent value, good selection of tv channels in english.

Room was a bit small but exactly like it was in the photos. check in and breakfast was at a completely different building down the street on the other side of the road, staff were friendly but not that knowledgeable, didn't even have a map of the city for guests. The general area was noisy if you had windows open and some homeless people in tents just a few yards from the entrance to the apartments. Overall it was a good stay though, these were only small issues.

Great location, green line metro station is just outside the hotel door. The touristy area is also in the walking distance, just 20-30 minutes down the hill. Everything was clean, and housekeeping was available every day. My windows faced inner court yard and I was on 3rd floor, so didn't have big problem with metro and street noise. Only randomly sometimes you could hear metro passing. There was a table and chair that were fine for getting some work done. WiFi was good. I also liked that there was heating system available that you could turn on, when it got too moist or cold in the room.

While street noise wasn't a problem, the noise from other guests was sometimes quite loud - fortunately only during mornings and daytime. Because I was staying for three weeks, the biggest actual problem to me was lack of fridge, and tableware. There wasn't even glass or plastic cup for mouth washing! Fortunately, there was a dollar store almost opposite of the hotel, you could buy anything you need from there for a cheap price... Still, I think that hotel should provide at least a glass, and for longer stays fridge would be also nice.

The reception is located in other hotel nearby, but we were kindly informed in advance about that and had connection with the stuff both via room phone and WhatsApp. They also asked in advance about the time of our arrival and tried their best to make the room ready by our arrival which was of great help because our flight was early and we came earlier than even expected. On the reception we met both times very friendly guy. The hotel is located very close to the city center, right opposite of the subway entrance and there's also big grocery store in 2 minutes walk. The room was super clean.

Because of the location almost in the city centre we heared noise from the street late in the evening. There's no elevator for people (just for luggage) in the building, though, it didn't bother us.

Amazed with the room. Very comfortable, big towels, clean bathroom with shampoo and body soap. We had breakfast on our last day (10€ pp), loads of food, great coffee and juices, nice bread and buns. Pleasant and polite staff, always on your service. On our second night they even cleaned our room and gave us fresh and clean towels, big + (this was really nice surprise when we arrived back at our room after whole day walking and sightseeing). Definitely will come back! 100% we recommend this place, go check it out!

The Hotel was exceptional, the location was brilliant, a metro station was right outside the door and even within walking or cycling distance from main attractions! The staff were super friendly at both this hotel and the sister hotel LX Soho! I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lisbon!!

Our room was big and clean with a lovely balcony to relax on! The hotel has a metro station just outside the door. When we had an issue it was resolved amazingly by the hotel manager- really 10/10 customer service, and the girl who checked us in when we arrived was also lovely and very helpful!

The sliding door to the bathroom in our room was a bit stiff so it didn’t always let you close the door fully, but this wasn’t a particularly big issue for us.

Room was lovely and stylish, the bed was really comfortable, the staff were really friendly and our room was immaculate each day when we returned from walking around the city. The location is very convenient.

The only thing we thought could be improved would be to have a coffee maker and small fridge in the room.
