Hotel Anjos

I booked the Anjos at the last minute (shortly before we showed up) because another location had cancelled my reservation. It was the best price I could get in Lisbon and one of the few hotels that could put all 4 of us in the same room. The suite was a bedroom and a seperate sitting room that had a fold out bed. They were both nice sized rooms. The shower was excellant with great water pressure and easy controls. The breafast was very nice with a number of options. The location was a little further from the main down town area, but had plenty of great stores and restaurants nearby.

A little less costly would have been nice.

Good value for the money. Breakfast is quite OK for 10e. But it would be good if I was told that breakfast needs to be paid for in advance at the reception.

A free-standing shower is not optimal for tall people. Also quite small. It would be nice if the receptionist was more talkative and explained some basic info without me asking. WiFi info is here, checkout is at noon, the cafeteria is on the 1st floor, you should pay in advance for breakfast. That's some basic info.

The location was perfect. clean room, clean towels, comfortable bed.

I couldn't sleep becouse it was very loud outside, someone was having a party. I guess I was just unlucky, but i closed every windows and i could still hear them clearly. The price was expensive, it was just one night without breakfast, i still payed more than 100 euro.

The staff at the reception was helpful.

No drinking water or tea/coffee set in the room. For the price i paid, i think basic amenities should have been included.

I liked that it was very clean and that the staff helped me with my luggage at check in.

The hair dryer in the room was broken and I wish someone had helped me with my luggage at check out - just getting things in the taxi. However, still a nice experience :)

Essential room with all the comforts in a quiet area of ​​the city well connected via the nearby subway. Friendly and helpful staff. No negatives to highlight in my experience.

Great location and friendly hotel staff

Room was not new, it was visible, but everything was kept in good condition

We had a very short stay. Check-in was normal and we check-out at 5:30 am. Reception staff made arrangements for a taxi pickup. Metro station very close to hotel. Would recommend if you can do without major luxury and a non posh location.

The best thing was free underground parking, as it's almost impossible to find a spot on the streets :) Good location, not far from center, also many shops nearby, we managed to find water and wine even on deep Sunday night. The room was clean, very good shower. In general, typical 3* hotel, very good for such a low price.

The breakfast was ok, but could be better.
