Czar Lisbon Hotel

Staff other than blond hair lady... Housekeeping staff, front desk and the restaurant staff were so friendly, helpfull and always ready to help..and also kitchen staff were so helpful and the food are extremely good.

The blond hair lady at the reception was not so cordial towards us when we present for early checking as we informed them for our early checking.

The room was a lot smaller than expected but it was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect because it was within walking distance to the center and had a few restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were modern and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't try the food but overall it was a great stay for one night.

The room was much smaller than expected. However, it's good for a short stay and everything was very clean and comfortable.

It was the best looking hotel in the area and the facilities and the rooms match the looks. It was great. The bathroom was so good and spacious, the water pressure was great. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The breakfast even though it wasnt included on my original reservation it was worth it to paid for and i was even sad that i had to leave so early in the morning without eating breakfast again there.The location was good not so close to the busy area, but not far either it was a easy 5 minute walk to the train and 4 or five train stops to the shopping center.

The only thing that I didn't like was that they have a good and beautiful coffee machine with a delicious nespresso coffee pod and they didn't replenished the next day.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The location is good, because there's a metro station nearby, 2 min walk from the hotel. Everything is clean, the breakfast was good.

The room was very clean, but you can see that the furniture is not new. The mattress could have been a bit softer.

Overall it was a good experience. We really enjoyed the bathroom, it was great placed and the shower was confortable and adequate in size. Sportlessly clean! And with lots of mirrors. The room was algo good but as i said, a bit small

Breakfast was very short on options, especially if you stayed for more than one day. The other thing that we didn't like was the size of the room. It was too small, the bed took almost all of the room space, and it was a little inconfortable for two persons due to this.

Quite (inside the hotel - outside noise was bothersome at night). Comfortable. Staff will get out of their way to help you eventhough they speak little English. Other than tall guy in dress pants and button down shirt who worked in the restaurant, every hotel staff was great. He had bad ass attitude last morning I was there for breakfast. He tried to be bossy with me but unfortunate for him, I'm not his staff to follow his orders! Tall guy that was working at the bar I'm the afternoons was amazing! Great attitude and excellent customer service. Market/convenient store was across the street as well as pharmacy and a small bakery.

Location. It was in not so good part of the city...I mean it looked safe and whatnot but it was dirty with tents on the sidewalk, which I'm assuming were the homeless people were sleeping. I couldn't adjust AC ( buttons did not work) it stayed at 19 Celsius the entire time. Outside noise is way too loud even with window closed. Dinner is not worth 18 euros!

Cleanliness, location (few steps from metro station). I forgot the name of the woman at the reception, who has long blond/light brown hair, but I have to mention that she was always so kind and helpful. Breakfast is a self service buffet, there are delicious fresh fruits as well, pine-apple and melon are brilliant. However, compared to other 4-star hotels, the standard of breakfast was lower, but I think it is because of the current covid situation. Overall there is nothing to complain about the breakfast. It is an advantage that the hotel has a private parking.

Only one thing: Placing the air conditioner in front of the bed was a very bad idea, because if you need to use it during sleep you will freeze after a few minutes, but if you turn it off the room will be too hot within a short time. There is no intermediate solution, after the electricity turns off when you leave the room, there is no way to cool down the room till you get back.

breakfast was good but i would not consider it excellent. our room was fine with small veranda with nice view. had everything you would expect in a bedroom. The location of the hotel was away form the tourist area and dining out was a problem as we needed to get a metro to any restaurants . however the staff at reception were always helpful especially diogo.

We found the location poor for our needs, hoped that we would be closer to the tourist area for trips , dining and just people watching.

The staff is wonderful, the room (7006) was marvelous. My only niggle with the room was the location of the desk. The proximity to the king size bed made it very difficult to pull the chair out sufficiently far enough from the desk. Also, the hotel might consider adding a Services guide in the room listing phone numbers, etc. I had to ask the front desk for its phone number instead of just being able to look it up. Tiny concerns in an otherwise perfect and lovely stay.

There's nothing to dislike, although the restaurant served a meagre buffet instead of their normal menu the night I went, which was disappointing.

Although not a super central location, it was still very clean and convenient. It was easy to access the metro or uber and get to the city centre for exploring.

Bed was very hard and the half shower doors made it difficult to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor
