TURIM Luxe Hotel

the bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows for the bed modern decor the location was only a walking distance of about 3 minutes to the nearest metro stop (anjos)

the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working and made the bathroom spell a lot after a shower which was annoying. the tbh on the wall was extremely small however if you’re on a city break you’re surely not going to be in your room watching tv

This review is regarding TURIM Restauradores Hotel which I was transferred to from Turim Luxe. The staff is awesome and helpful, they speak English and I had no issues communicating. The location is to die for, right there by all the main attractions and public transportation.

The only downside is ant infestation. The receptionist could have notified us in advance that there is an issue with ants on the property, so we would keep all the snacks in the fridge.

everything was very good, the location is close to the metro and the historical center. Room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately in my room(#601)there was a large moldy stain on the wall which gave off a very bad smell. Also, a large number of homeless people who were accommodated on the way from the metro to the hotel scared me:(

Amazingly comfortable bed, lovely and beyond helpful staff, enjoyed the view from my room, excellent room service, excellent location.

Didn’t have a smoking area; the Hotel is a mix between old and modern, if you’re expecting a big modern television and plug ins next to the bed, then this may not be for you (did not hinder my stay, but I take into consideration personal taste). Breakfast not included (~10€ extra)

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was nice and the seating area was kept tidy. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. The hotel location is fine, there are many places to go out and eat and drink very close by. It is also easy to get to the city center by walking or taxi, plus the Metro is very close to the hotel.

We loved the little touches of eloquence that were exhibited by the attentive staff. Please never forget the small things that create lasting impressions! One of the things that people forget is that you can never run out of square feet but you can always run out of time. Turim Luxe will definitely make your time in Lisbon feel very special!!!

The hotel is in a very convenient location and was comfortable and well-furnished. It was clean and had full housekeeping services. The nighttime staff was helpful!

The daytime staff was not very helpful and check-in was unduly laborious. The daytime staff did not offer any maps or recommendations, which was disappointing.

would be nice to have one big bed instead of two small ones. missed chargers closer to the bed, other than that (which was small things) our stay was lovely!!!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. In particular, Catarina at the front desk was exceptional with her assistance for using the metro, tour busses, etc. The breakfasts were very good with a nice variety.

No issues with anything.

The hotel staff and manager were very friendly and helpful with both great tips for nearby beaches, restaurants and tips for how to get around (I.e. what buses, trains to take and avoid)

The Wi-Fi was too slow to be used for web browsing, and the bed was a bit on the harder side but other than these small thing we have no complaints.
