Hotel Quinta do Viso

Really comfortable room. Air conditioning excellent. Lovely balcony. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Breakfast never changed. Although we were informed that we could check out late we were asked to leave by 12 o clock check out time. Although an ATM was supposed to be available there is not one at the hotel.

Been to this hotel in thd pass, though this was the first time staying in the new part, And it was very bright and clean Staff as always was very helpful and polite

Still no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms ??? Breakfast is very thin on the ground

The room was huge with a large balcony, it was well furnished and very comfortable.. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nice hilltop location with lovely views of hills and town. Nice little swimming pool. Staff member ELLSA was extremely friendly and helpful. (Thanks ELLSA) Nice room,clean and tidy.

Bar wasn't open although ELLSA sourced a couple of cold beers for me.

Breakfast was continental, buffet and as much as you want. Staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely to sit on the terrace and take in the view of Miranda. My room had it's own terrace facing the sun which was completely unexpected. Very comfortable i would definitely stay again. Although it was November the pool looked very inviting. I was touched by the very kind gesture at checkout.

Sadly due to Covid some of the hotels amenities were not available and this not the fault of the hotel. I would have liked to have been able to get a hot drink in the evening. This didn't spoil my stay at all. I would like to go back and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer in the future. Thank you for being open in such difficult times.

I think we get an upgrade, we had a really big room with big balcony and nice view over the city. Good breakfast with sweet lady.

Not in the centre of the town, you have to walk 600 meters.

It was very clean, and we could check in late.

We were not asked whether we wanted a twin or double room, and we were given a twin room. We were to tired to ask to change, but it would be nice to ask.

Big room. Big bathroom.

What I don't like is to be told what to do. Like people should not eat and drink in the room. Told me some chef at the reception, and a big sign at the reception, saying you should declare any values you got with you. Electric cables showing of the wall.

The Staff was very helpful. And the swimming pool area was quite peaceful and relaxing.

I would have preferred the breakfast to be set on tables. It is currently still a self service regime, however we have to queue up like we do in cantines.

For an average rated 3 star hotel, is rather nice, but the old facilities are somewhat noisy. Clean of rage room not so well done. However and otherwise the personal was rather helpful. The bad in away was quite hard, but this just a meaning that some likes that way.
