Great location. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom in the room needs renovation. Contrary to the description on booking.com, my room on the 1st floor I get does not have a terrace (only rooms on the 4th floor have a terrace in the entire hotel) and a balcony. The room had a loggia :-). When you booking a room of 65 sq.m. I advise you to check what kind of room you actually get. My initially received room was no more than 50 sq.m. However, the hotel managed to solve the problem satisfactorily!

The breakfast was super. There was a choice of different things to eat. The place was clean and the houseceeping cleaned up as soon as we left so that others could have a cleane table.

We stayed in a room where the main door could not lock so we had to lock our bedrooms. Beacause of this we slept separatly at night. This was not told at our arrival so we sleept with open Doors. Thankfully there is a night staff.

there was nothing not to like in the hotel from the amazing view to the location to the super friendly helpful staff to the amazing breakfast and to the super cleanliness. id love to go back to the same place over and over again. we got printed sheet made from one of the staff tips and route around beat views in the island with list of beat restaurant. and got card for parking , breakfast was 10/10 changing menu everyday which is very refreshing

Great hotel, comfortable rooms (and beds), enough space. Excellent breakfast. Would happily come again.

No parking available (hotel reportedly has couple spaces in public garage, but not enough and it was not available to us). Sea facing rooms also face busy road, which is obvious from map (not surprise for us), but if you need silence for sleep, it is consideration.

Clean, great location, wonderful staff. I want to give a special shout out to the staff at the front desk. They were super helpful with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions!

I did not know about the parking arrangement in the underground garage when I booked the hotel. There are only limited spots so we did not get a spot until the second day. Street parking is available but you have to find a spot.

3 day stay. Rm. 12A & B. 1 air conditioner was dripping on day 1, and the room became too warm that night. It was fixed the next day. The ac units were a bit too noisy for sleeping ( even on low), and the lights on the units needed to be blocked with tape. The 2nd bedroom bed needs to be larger than a double (queen minimum or 2 single beds together).

stayed in this hotel as my Birthday treat. I was upgraded for free from a double room to an apartment facing marina. I chatted a few times with stuff who were friendly and very supportive. Breakfast there is amazing and the best in Portugal so far. Especially I loved cheese balls which I first tried on my visit to Rio de Janeiro. I found my bed very comfortable and liked crisp, fresh bedding. Thank you for my special stay in this hotel.

The location is very good, easily accessible by car.

Small bed and balcony. The soundproofing is close to none so you can hear all the neighbors, doors, including the parfume dispenser from the hallway. The breakfast is perfect if your stay is no longer than 3 days, as it is very limited.

Loved this oceanfront property with its fabulous staff. They had helpful suggestions on restaurants suited to tastes, and when to visit sites due to weather conditions. The breakfast had several options and even included eggs made to order. The location is perfect for touring, shopping and enjoying the best of Sao Miguel.

Location and walking distance to shops and restaurants, the waterfront promenade. Easily accessible using the aero port bus, short distance walk to hotel. Very good breakfast, wide range of items. Staff both at reception and breakfast room very pleasant helpful and always a smile.

Lighting in room could be better but good in bathroom area.
