The apartments are very spacious, the breakfast is really well served with a beautiful restaurant at the last floor with a panoramic view of the city. The spa is very well equipped and the staff in the spa is really nice especially lady call Laura!! Also the gym is great!

One of the things that we got surprise is that they were no facilities for disabled people and for families with trolleys so we have to carry up and down the stairs literally the trolley. I will really not advised this hotel to a disabled person or a family with small babies. A very strange situation happen in the restaurant after we got the bill and we paid, the waitress ask us for an extra 10% on the bill, saying that is for the tips and you are forced to pay them! To sum up, maybe we were a little too requesting but we were not served as we expected, they guarantee they will give us a baby bed at the beginning of our holiday, which we never got and also the Internet in our apartment was not working.

The room was huge! For 2 adults and 2 children, it was more than perfect. The spa was also impressive. The pool was big enough to swim and exercise. The room had a bathtub with hydromassage nozzles.

The breakfast is by far not excellent and saying so in the booking page is misleading. The quality was fair and the variety poor. The room needed some maintenance. E.g. The shower's spray nozzles and spray heads were not working. In the spa I wish there were instructions on how to use the facilities or at least an instructor.

every single time I am at this hotel I use the spa facilités and services and every single time I have the same experience with the spa reception staff. unprofessional, clueless, more focused on watching their phones and talking between each other than attending the clients.

From start to finish, my stay at the aparthotel was exceptional. The reservations team set the tone for a fantastic experience, ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were both professional and kind. The housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff were equally professional and kind. The apartment was large, clean, and well-stocked, offering a comfortable retreat. Every morning, breakfast was a real highlight; for vegetarians, it was an easy experience with hummus and eggplant salad, along with a variety of other fresh and tasty options. Non-vegetarians will also find the breakfast delightful, with all the classic items available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day for everyone. This includes different types of , cold cuts, smoked fish ,eggs, local cheeses, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and all the other elements that make up an excellent breakfast. It was a delicious way to start each day. Additional perks, including a fitness center, pool, and spa, only added to the sense of relaxation and well-being. Overall, the aparthotel offered exceptional service, upscale accommodations, and a delicious vegetarian-friendly breakfast; it was a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and indulgence!

Large room, comfortable. the kids loved the jacuzzi in one bathroom. Restaurant on the 11th floor for breakfast and dinner was convenient and had great views and good pizza.

We had to wait a long time for our food in the evening in the restaurant-ended up taking it in boxes and eating in the room because the kids lost it-it was very late. In our last morning we had to take a breakfast box to get to our flight on time-we recieved fruit and yogurts. That was it. We expected more for a meal we payed for- for example a bottle of water,a croissont, bread and butter, etc'.

I liked the room it was big and spacious i had enough space to work, my partner enjoyed the spa. She said it was the best hotel we ever stayed. The staff at the reception went above and beyond for us. We also had a free room upgrade and on our last day we could use the spa too since our flight was quite late. I hope this service stays for always for our next trips to Bucharest. Made valentine really special and for that thank you.

The restaurant scored low for us. The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly either.breakfast was very limited and dinner was ok. The salmon and pizza was perfect though.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are of a high standard. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made with clean laundry daily. Location was average with the metro a 10 minute walk.

No curtains in the bedrooms, so you are, quite literally, up with the birds! The bathtub as a shower was not ideal. You are asked to try and not clean the towels daily, which I agree with, as an eco-environment. However, there is no shower cubicle which means water goes everywhere when you shower so you are forced to lay towels down on the floor as well as to clean afterwards. Then if anyone wants the bathroom after you then it is a bit of a nightmare and after several people the floor is soaked. I really found this frustrating. The staff were all great, friendly, and supportive. Although one chap in the restaurant- a tall guy - was not.

I have to say this was a treat. An apartment block converted to a hotel, with big spacious rooms (apartments), a spa, a gym, and a nice restaurant. Had a lovely view and one of the best stays.

The location is a bit cumbersome to get to as the navigation takes you to the back gate instead of the front entrance and unless you have a code you need to walk around or call the reception. Big hotel means a lot of people and long waiting times for the elevators, which can be a bother if you are staying at the top floors.

As always Orhideea delivered. Clean and comfortable apartment, great therapies at the spa and wonderful spa therapists together with the hotel reception staff. The food for breakfast repeats every day the same thing but it was ok.

As always , every single time spa reception is totally lost in space. From Laura who rushed to tell me in an arrogant tone that my therapy that day doesn’t include pool access when my card didn’t work without asking me or checking if my apartment included access which it did to my 72 year old mother who waited half an hour after her appointment time for somebody to come in the relaxation room to get her for her therapy and nobody did. Eventually she asked somebody what is going on and one therapist showed up half an hour late.

We enjoyed the size of the apartment, which included two bedrooms with bathrooms for our size family. There was a nice-sized balcony. The lobby representatives were very friendly and helpful. We weren't able to enjoy their spa or pool, as we only stayed for the night. Would I stay here again, yes.

Although our apartment for the night was massive in size, it had a weird smell to it. The dishes supplied needed to be cleaned. One of our tubs in the bathroom was dirty. The biggest problem was the weird smell. Honestly, there's no view, as you're situated between apartments, but that's okay, we weren't expecting a view.
