Ambiance Hotel

The hotel is very clean and tidy! Location is perfect as it is a 5 min walk to the metro. We had a balcony with an amazing view of the river.

The breakfast was not enough meaning that we go 30-40mins before breakfast finishes and they put out little food. I was definitely a bit disappointed by this…

I stayed for 2 nights in a small room but for me it had all the main things that Ineeded. The internet worked well, air conditioning the same, small room fridge, TV. It was mostly clean, did not find any issue here, but I'm not that fussy in this regard myself. I am more of a practicality type and for the price of the bookings I found it offered a lot of value for money. Most likely I'll book again in case of a future business trip to the same area.

It was mostly my mistake for forgetting to bring the actual plug of my phone charger, I brought only the cable, but it would have been nice to have USB ports somewhere in the room. The shower head was a bit weird and hard to use because it wouldn't stay fixed on the pole. The faucets were also a bit weird and made it harder to set the water flow and temperature.

The personal from reception was very kind and helpful, the room was very good, the parking was good, and the position of the hotel was very efficient, close to metro station, big shopping area, and close to the centrum of the city.

In the room was smel of cigarete smoke, probably from the last guest. We found a plastic shower cap on the smoking sensor from the seal. We found in the room 2 towels for body, 1 for the floor and only 1 for face and hands, but we spoke with the reception and they deliver to us 2 extra face towels. We sugest to put more towels in the room from the begining of the accomodation, it will let a good impresion for all the guests and clients.

The room was fine, air conditioning useful, everything fine and clean. Breakfast buffet basic but pleasing – anything for everybody, pastry, bit of ham/sausages, hard boiled eggs, bit of fruits and vegetables, some müsli.

The staff was not precisely helpful, but got the things done at the end. Things, that could be prepared (paperwork), done on spot, aaaand waiting, aaaand waiting. No safe on the hotel. Wifi with captive portal, breaking every other moment. Quite mediocre breakfast coffee.

I really loved my room, it was very comfortable and the location wonderful. I had view of the river, although if I were on the other side I probably wouldn't. The room was very modern and I especially enjoyed the shower! For a 3 star hotel, it definitely beats some of the 4 star hotels I've visited in the past.

I think the breakfast was delicious, but the variety wasn't big. I went around 9 on my first day and the buffet was practically empty and there wasn't any sign they would bring more. At the end of the day, it was satisfactory as I was full, but I'd love a bit more selections. Also, on my last night, the air condition wasn't working for some reason, but that's not a reason to rate it badly, I was just disappointed it had to happen on my last night of the whole experience.

The room was slightly larger than the other one we previously stayed in, but the carpet had several spots that perhaps could not be cleaned without using industrial cleaning devices. This wasn't a major inconvenient, though, and we really enjoyed spending 3 nights there. The AC was working properly, given the fact that it was hot outside. The breakfast was very good and for sure we will return in the future.

Hotel is not far from the metro station, so it was very easy to go to other places in Bucharest. Overall hotel was fine - very clean but with some wear and tear on some places. For one night and that price range, as we booked last minute to be closer to specific area - we were satisfied with the place.

When we arrived, person in the reception had poor English, so the process of check in was longer and he could not answer our additional questions.

One of the Lift in second building, the door used to close very fast, may be its sensor was not working. Some time during breakfast spoons gets mixed up.

Room was good size, clean and comfy. Parking on site is ideal. The location makes getting into the hotel easy but not walkable to the old town centre, we used the underground which was a few minutes walk away to get into the centre. There is a good coffee machine available all day.

The self service breakfast was decent enough, a few containers a bit empty some mornings.

We were here before and altough the hotel is a bit older they kept it in a very good condition and even renovated the bathrooms. The beds were very confortable and everything was clean. The location is great, with included parking.

Breakfast was terrible, not many options and everything was stodgy. Would not recommend getting breakfast here.
