Clean and cozy rooms, with comfy beds. Excellent breakfast! Exquisite service, throughout.

I had a very big room. Everything available that is needed. Very comfortable, the location is also convenient depending on where one needs to go.

The staff were nice, however, sometimes not there and one had to wait for 5 minutes. This is totally OK, but if you need something before you leave it could be inconvenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was near the botanical garden, where I attended a conference.

The room was not tidied up during my stay. No one was at the reception after 8:00pm.

I needed a place to stay not too far from the north train station for my last night in Bucharest, and so chose this hotel based on other reviews and the good price that was offered by Booking. It was a good choice. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. After checkout they stored my luggage until I needed to catch my train and while changing my shoes after retrieving my luggage, the staff offered me a free bottle of water which I found to be a very nice touch.

The location is only about a 20 minute walk from the train station, which I liked, but otherwise could be considered inconvenient if, like me, you do not understand the tram and bus system and would rather use the Metro. But this is not really so bad, as Bolt and Uber are easy and inexpensive, and walking to sites in the city is pleasant.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, quick to respond and resourceful. The room was very lovely, specious and nice looking. The shower was lovely as well.

The dining room could be cleaner and the breakfast more versatile, but overall wasn't bad by any means.

The room was not made up every. I didn't mind, but it would have been nice to have been informed in advance that the room would not be made every day

This is our second stay there and the review is pretty much the same as last time: very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, sweet and friendly staff, easy to get to location, really good food that comes in a wide variety, especially for the breakfast buffet. High quality Smart TV's in both rooms. Would come back again.

Everything was excellent, the staff are very attentive and polite. Great location,quite at night,but also near the city centre,metro station few minutes away. I will definately book this hotel when I'm back to Bucharest.

In a bath room need some bathmats becouse are slipery area after take a shower

I asked the staff for coffee as there was only one instant coffee sashe and that should not have taken that long. He never ended up bringing it to my room Also.no water bottles in the room was irritating after a long trip, i had to go to the shop to get some water for the room
