If you’re reading this review, this is your sign to book it now! Location was superb, less than 10 minute walk to plaza catalunya, very close bus stop and metro station. There was also a supermarket right next to the hotel. The room with the street view with a balcony was more than amazing, very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, very well lit. Although it was directly on a main street, it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff were extra helpful and nice at all times, they provided complimentary chocolate and a fancy bottle of water.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast is definitely good en enjoyable, but also a bit basic due to the limited room for the buffet. Not really a complaint given everything that you get in return.

Breakfast was very good. Nice assortment of choices. Not crowded. Food was refilled very promptly. Tasty and likely prepared at the location. Freshly squeezed orange juice and at least 3 other juice choices. Plentiful variety of hot dishes as well as healthy choices. Hours were very good. Room was adequately furnished and amenities were closer to North American expectations. Excellent shower with great water pressure. Crisp linens.

The balcony faced a very busy main street so could not be used as an outside space. However, the windows were well fitted and kept traffic noise muted to allow sleep. WIFI was quite spotty and poor strength. Sometimes necessitated wandering around the room to find adequate signal strength.

This hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and really nice. Shower was also exceptional. The staff were super friendly and the rooftop pool was a nice addition to the hotel. Good location to access all areas of Barcelona. It was my boyfriends 30th whilst we were there and I wanted to decorate the room as a surprise - the staff helped with this and did an amazing job. Can’t thank them enough.

The only downside which isn’t the hotels fault was the constant drilling right next to us in the property next door. Unfortunately woke us quite early

The location is perfect for sightseeing. 2 min to the metro station (Urgell), and 10 min walk to Placa de Catalunya. The airport bus stop is close. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom is nice. We got welcome chocolates and a bottle of water. Tea and coffee is available in the room. There are toilettries, slippers and robes. The staff is helpful. The pool area is nice.

We likes everything. The only tiny flaw was that the door of rhe shower didn’t keep the water in and the towel dryer was inside the shower cabin. It would be more comfortable on the outside.

The property’s location, room design, staff, cleanliness, and security were excellent. Brigith assisted me during check-in & check-out and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout all interactions. The size of the Superior room and the layout of the bathrooms was better than I anticipated and the room was nicely appointment and generally quiet.

The only minor issue was with the mattress; it was quite firm and I felt it might’ve benefited from a layer of memory foam to improve its comfort.

It was a nice hotel in great location

A bit cumbersome bathroom, somewhat pricy for the level, breakfast was not my favorite and definitely not worth the money booking.com asks for it. It came out, one could have had it for 10€ instead of 22€ if I bought it from reception. Stuff was somewhat a mess, we have added and paid breakfast for the second person when checking in, and every day at breakfast the breakfast guy was trying to charge us and we had to explain over and over again that we have already paid. Until the last day! And even when checking out, again, I was presented with a bill for the second person and had to show them again in their own receipt that it was already paid, wasting like 10 min. All this for a fairly basic breakfast, which I would not even order again

Cannot fault this hotel. We were in Barcelona for the Primavera festival so we wanted to be centrally located. This was a great area, supermarket, restaurants and bars and metro within 10-15min walking distance. The room was nice and clean and most importantly sound proof so we slept really well. Beds were comfortable. Staff were really friendly and accommodated every request. They even made us a take away picnic breakfast because our flight was earlier than the breakfast start. I would book this hotel again.

Pool and pool area is tiny so if you’re looking for guaranteed pool time, this may not be the place for it.

By far one of my favourite hotel stays ever. Even though the room is small, it really has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Beds are very comfortable, water pressure of the shower is EXCELLENT (mad loveee) and there's a vanity mirror for make-up! We had quality sleep every night which is really important to kick off jet lag and to start every morning right. Room is very clean and smells really good. You are also greeted by a very pleasant fragrance everytime you enter the hotel. Staff are very friendly and always smiling. Breakfast selection is great and of good quality! Very convenient location.

Lovely, clean, great staff, my room, shower, bed, & view were all great!!

Dog friendly, & I brought my wonderful dog; but then I couldn’t bring him to the restaurant in his carry bag & eat breakfast in the restaurant. And I couldn’t keep him in his carry bag & bring him to the pool so I could take a short refreshing dip. This reduced the pleasure & functionality of my stay at your otherwise wonderful property.
