The location was perfect, 3 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Very easy to reach from El Prat Airport. The reception area was pretty nice. Staff were friendly. There is a good working lift! we travelled in the middle of June so it was quite hot and the aircon was working very well during our 4 day stay. The room was clean. The room has a safe and refrigerator where we kept our water to cool. Our double bed was comfortable and we slept so good. The toilet was clean and it’s got a rain shower which I love. We did not avail of the breakfast so we can’t comment on it. There’s a working TV. The Wi-Fi was perfect, it worked all the time.
We kept the do not disturb sign when we leave for the day, but housekeeping keeps cleaning the room. There is one ceiling light that keeps blinking although I did forget to report this to the hotel staff.

The hotel location is perfect for those who want to explore Barcelona on foot. 40 min walk to most of the major sights. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms equipped with a hairdryer.
Maybe some additional accessories in the bathroom - toothbrush holder or a glass for it.

The location is right Downtown. The room was simple and chic with a terrasse with a view, large balcony. The location is quiet. There's coffee etc, 24 hours, The breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of food. We really our staying. The personal tries to answer all your needs, very nice, polite and always welcoming you.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, especially the one we gave the sunscreen lotion to! Also the lady who manages the breakfast buffet was really nice.
Don’t really have much to complain about aside from the toilet paper not being enough to last the duration of the stay. Everything else was perfect.
