Very close to the city center

Although it is a small hotel and rooms are tiny, the hotel is very clean, very well decorated and have a supper location.

Little access to light in the rooms as their is little or no windows, I recommend to consider opening larger windows in the next planned renovation, more glass windows specilay for rooms that are at the back side

The Staff are Extremely Helpful and very accommodating! Nice Architecture and beautiful interior with Antique furniture. The guy on the front desk was so helpful and could of not been more accommodating , the rooms were clean and looked after by a great team of ladies who keep everything looking nice . Thank you all for a really wonderful stay .

Poor soundproofing between rooms , The front of the building is alive at night so is quite noisy and unfortunately has a lot of bottle banks . With all the local bars the smashing of glass becomes quite irritating early morning and late at night so if our a light sleeper better to ask for a room at the back .

The location of this property is soooo perfect! Just walk right out the door and moments later you are right in the thick of it all. To include just steps away from the local city buses, the airport bus and sightseeing buses. There are numerous restaurants to choose from and of course all kinds of shopping from breakfast pastries to souvenirs and everything in between. I enjoyed the old charm of this building, meaning not the overly modern look of many of todays' properties. The staff was kind and accommodating. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in a locked room while I checked out the neighborhood for a few hours. The heater in my room was not working so they brought me a space heater. They have a secure entry. Staff at the front desk will buzz you in. Yes, I can see myself staying here again.

I was satisfied with my stay

The location was central, just a few mins walkbto Las Rambles. Beautiful hotel, staff had excellent customer experience. Staff held our luggage until we could check in. Hotel clean inside. Breakfast excellent choice of foods, both fruit, croissants, sausages, bacon, egg, coffee machine. The room was spacious, three single beds, large bathroom with shower facilities. In the morning staff had ordered a taxi for the airport. Eco hotel, had its own water fountain and automatic lighting.

Nothing. There was nothing negative about our stay.

Perfect location to access the city on foot. Reasonable and regular buses to and from the airport. Staff always happy to help. Bed was very comfortable and daily maid service was excellent.

Room was small and not well insulated resulting in occasionally being disturbed by other guests using their bathrooms and moving around their rooms. Heating difficult to regulate owing to problem with the radioator valve. However, we raised this and staff were quick to respond. It would be been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms as standard. There is an option to hire a kettle though. No bar or communal area to have a drink with fellow guests other than at breakfast.

The receptionist, Costansia and Edu, were exceptional. Both were extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. Costansia referred us to La Flauta and Vinutos restaurants which were superb we went 3 times to La Flauta and twice to Vinutos. She ordered our taxi and helped us navigate the city. Edu also helped us figure out the metro and trains, and additional sightseeing options. The breakfast buffet was consistently well stocked, cleaned, and cheerfully displayed. The team helping us with breakfast were always very cheerful and polite.

The first room was very tiny, then my Mom realized were to have twin beds. They moved us to room 206 which we loved with the high ceilings, spacious rooms, and attractive bath.

The location is great. It is near La Rambla so you can go for a walk at night, it will only take 10 min to the centre. It has a variety of restaurants and bakery close by. The Catalunya square is so close. you can access 2 metro stations in 5min. The room was big and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was very nice. The personnel was really kind and helpful to all our requests and they fixed a problem with the airconditioning that we had almost immediately.

The 3rd bed for the 3rd person was not very comfortable as it was a couch made into a bed.

very special style and interiors are incredible and beautiful. breakfast menu is pretty rich and delicious.

pricing is to high for this kind and level of hotels. for this price 1500€ for six nights you can offer the tea and coffee corner in the room and windows to the street, not to the noisy inner space between the buildings. Noise from neighbours from near building that was pretty annoying. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom which is absolutely strange.

Very clean apartment, welcome gifts, good breakfast, elevator, kettle, coffee and water in the room, closed to the main street la rambla, there is possibility to leave a luggage before check in or after check out, the personnel was quite kind

I couldn't pay through booking app, as a result I was receiving many notifications that my reservation is not paid and might be cancelled, even though I have paid it through the link provided by hotel in the chat.
