Location, price.

First night there was no hot water, there was no heating even with 4 degrees outside temperature at night.

Central; next to stores, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Safe & clean neighbourhood, kitchenette with small freezer. AC, Great WiFi. Keyless entry with codes, no road noise Comfy queen size bed. Excellent place for 2. Next metro 10-15 min walking but easy to find. The Peruvian restaurant 2 min away is outstanding. You don't need a hotel with breakfast because you can eat nearby for under 10€. SABA parking garage is very near and the best place for your car, even a SUV. Dreamkeys arranges a discount.

AC was loud, bathroom without air/no window to open. The sofabed to sleep on was not good for two. Not enough support for people over 50kg or persons with spinal issues.

It is a good location and easy to find. We stayed in a room which had a great view of avenue diagonal. The staff were really friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in easily online as we arrived after reception had closed, we were also able to store our bags on reception after check out which was super handy as our flight wasn’t until the evening. The AC was great and really made a difference and the blackout curtains were also great. The bed was really comfy and there was lots of storage space. We found the price really reasonable.

Although the room was great it was very basic and missing essentials like a waste bin (there was one in the bathroom but it was tiny). We were in Barcelona for the Grand Prix so knew we wouldn’t spend much time in the room but would definitely recommend an apartment if you are planning on being in the room a lot. We also found the room to be quite noisy as it was opposite the main door to the apartments/reception and we would have also liked to have an internal lock on the door as it was opened with a passcode we didn’t feel 100% secure. We also struggled with the shower temperature as the controls were very high up.

The location is exceptional, right in a spot that can take you anywhere in Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Notable shoutout to the emergency contacts they provided who were available after working hours and were reasonably responsive. I do recommend it.

The only cons were that the room didn't have a source of natural light (A street window or a balcony), and it was slightly overpriced for a 3-star stay.

Location was nice - in between north and south of Barcelona so easy to get to many main attractions. If you like to walk, you're 30-45 minutes away from el Born, Raval, the beach. The metro station is not super close but there is a bus nearby (V13) that drops you off almost anywhere. The room was cleaned daily and efficiently by lovely cleaners - it was really nice to come back to a clean, tidy room while on holiday! Not the most eco-friendly, but we did receive clean towels everyday as well. Memory foam pillows and bed was comfy enough. Bathrooms were up to standard and well-maintained.

Apparently it's a building norm in Spain, but our room's windows (room and bathroom) face an interior dark space where the building's pipes ran. We got no natural light which is fine for a few days, but as soon as we arrived and tried to open the windows to get ventilation, our room immediately smelled of fried food and sewage. We were never able to open the windows again which wasn't great as we were also not allowed to regulate the AC/ heating, so we were quite hot at night. Not recommended specially if you're going in the hot summer months.

Excellent location, in a really well connected but quiet area. The windows were quadruple glazed the we slept really well and my son loved looking out the window in the morning at the buses 'with no roof.' The area has an Aldi within 5 minutes walk, smaller shops and places to eat.

The floor was a bit dirty and I'm not sure it had been that well swept, but otherwise very clean. The wifi is quite poor.

Room was clean. Had everything we needed for a family of 4 to stay for 3 nights. The location was good, with plenty of transport options on the doorstep. Tea and coffee available was a bonus after a long day of exploring. Would deffo use again.

The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable, and if kids are older than 10 would have been a squash in my opinion.

Very good location: within walking distance to main landmarks in the downtown, direct bus to Barceloneta, the Sagrada Familia or the Casa Batlló were 30 mins walk away. Nice decor, friendly staff, cleanliness, facilities.

The first night we stayed in a room where the only (and small) window did not close poperly, therefore it was cold and draught in the room. It was late by the time we discovered it and there were no other free rooms to go. However, the next day it was solved and we were transferred to another, perfectly ok room.

Great room, decent size. Effective aircon, good wifi. Clean. Large enough shower. Good location close to the city center.

Staff weren't able to let us know about cheap parking which we thought they should know and be able to tell us about. They said they had a special deal with a parking house for around 23 eur a day. But we managed to find a parking house on the next street for 10 eur a day. Staff forgot to provide towels on our last day which was extremely critical. We both needed a shower before heading to the airport so this was really really bad.

The room was beautiful, clean and ready before the designated check in time so we were able to check in earlier than expected, which was great. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The reception desk was not always manned so we were unable to store our luggage with them on our final day, and had to check out independently, which was the only thing that could have been improved.
