This is an interesting one. Let's start with the check in. I really do not understand why there is no self-check in, but then realize that the reason why is because there is a 15 euro charge for late check in, good deal, for them. why is the purpose of keeping the property appraised on when you are planning on checking in, if no matter what reason, they will charge a late fee?. My flight was delayed and to top it all off, my bag didn't make it, so I had to file a claim and spend a lot more time at the airport that I was planning on. So the first thing I did , was paying for the city taxes and late fees. According to the person who received me, if I wanted to file a claim to ask for the late fee for late check in, I should do that through booking. I communicated with the property using the app, and they met me at the door shortly I had arrived. The room was great, fantastic size, very clean. The person showed me the property, kitchen and my allocated spaces. that was the first night and then I realized that I had remote controls for the lights and tv, but not for any of the 2 air conditioning units in the room, so I reached out to the person who received me, who clarified that it would be additional 10 Euros for air conditioning per day. I just rolled my eyes, this was the 7 city that I had visited in this European vacation and nowhere, and not that I can recall from any country I have visited over the last 30 years, that I had to pay for AC

The fact that I was asked to pay 10 Euros if I wanted to use the AC units in the apartment. The other issue for me, and it might have been my oversight, is that the bathroom and the shower were shared. Unfortunately, this booking was not eligible for refunds, I could have gotten a bed with share facilities in one of the many hostals in the area for half the price.

The location was very good and in the center. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

We were delayed from sightseeing tour on the bus and needed to take a taxi to make it before 8pm to not pay the late check in fee. The a/c was for extra charge of 10 euro/day. It was very hot and we had windows open and got bitten by thousands of mosquitoes. You should at least provide a fan if no a/c is available in the rental price. It was very hot there.

Air conditioner was not working and when I asked about that . She told me I have to pay 10 euro per day . Poor communication on arrival to get the key. It was sometimes hot at night and if you open the window then you can not sleep because of mosquitoes

The shared bathroom/kitchen was not clear while booking and also city tax. It should be mentioned more clearly on the main page

The family in the other room was very rude and they keep smoking in the kitchen.

There are markets and places to eat near the house. The house was clean.

There are 4 rooms in the house and you share a single bathroom with them. I waited more than 1 hour to take shower. Also they asked us 10 euros per day to use the air conditioner in the room. It was unbelievably bad the description needs to be written. Do not forget to add tax and air conditioning fee in addition to the price. Don't choose if you have any other option.

The location is good. Rest the apartment(bathroom and kitchen) t is clean

No AC is provided even when it is mentioned in the booking. No room cleaning or Towel changes in 7 days of stay without asking. I was not given back the extra money at the time of checkout which was taken as city tax, they said they would give me back the change which they dint. Location is okay but maybe very noisy to sleep at night especially during weekend nights.
