Acacia Suite

Cleaning the rooms was an amazing service. The receptionists were also very helpful, friendly, and always available 24/7. All requests were answered. The room was very large and so comfy. I like it every day when we are back. It is clean and welcoming, and showers are superb. I had several requests as I travelled with a baby, and they were very quick. Within 10 minutes, we got the baby chair and all extra kitchen equipment subject to availability as described. We had the baby bed already set as per our previous request, too, when we arrived. Checkout was 1 minute! The receptionist helped us with the luggage, booking a Taxi. I would definitely go back, and I recommend this hotel.

A little modernisation of bathroom would be good. But very minor point, everything worked well.

large bed ( made with 2 twin beds), excellent cleaning daily, location in safe area within walking distance to Metro and sites

*would like air conditioning capability during the day as it was warm in the room, and nighttime so we didn’t need to open windows ( full view into rooms from multiple apartment buildings nearby is not pleasant) * for the price there should be coffee and tea packs available daily and a hot water kettle * larger coffee cups as the small ones aren’t big enough for a coffee packet * coffee in the lobby shouldn’t cost $1.40! Maybe discontinue that and supply the rooms

Weird room. If you expect to have two rooms, be ready to see half-a -wall between the rooms, it doesn't reach the ceiling, so you can hear your friend snoring as if he slept next to you. The same thing with the bathroom, it has the slide door and it doesn't provide the proper soundproofing.

Location was excellent, round the corner from the Metro, or 25 minute walk to La rambla. Small shops "next door" for any essentials. Excellent restaurants nearby, value for money. Rooftop pool was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Cleaning and new towels daily.

Room was a bit small for 4 adults , with sofa bed used for 2 of the beds. Dishes, seating etc all to cater for 2 people. Couple of hiccups with the tap needing tightened and the shower spraying too wide!

I have literally nothing bad to say about the Acacia Suite. We were right over the metro so accessible to everywhere, the pool was perfect for our small children as nobody else was ever in it, room was a great size for the 4 of us, our kids are 8 and 2. Wifi was great we brought our firestick for Netflix, room was clean and cleaned regularly

The one thing I can think of is the windows, they are low and open fully and don't lock I was always worried about my 2 year old as if she opened them she'd fall straight out

- Staff were very friendly and helpful. - Location was excellent and everything in the city was reachable by the nearby metro... We walked a lot too but we're keen walkers. Additionally the streets around the hotel had many bars, restaurants and cafés so you didn't have to go far for a meal. - Room was clean. - Bathroom was nice and the shower was fairly powerful.

- Personally the decor is not my style but that's something subjective and really the only thing I can say I didn't like, which says a lot about how good the hotel was.

The place is way comfier than you can imagine from the photos. The location was good, super close to the metro and also 30 mins walking to the city center. 1-hour walk to the beach. It was cool for me since I like walking a lot. The room was comfortable, the only challenge was that we had to ask to open the windows (which were locked by a key) and leave them unlocked, so we can open them whenever needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, i didn't have very high expectations but the place indeed exceeded them all.

- room was spacious - the kitchen very useful. - very quiet - beds were very good. - super rooftop, even if it is a small pool, it is actually perfect to relax and refresh under hot summer sun. we actually had the rooftop and the pool just for ourselves most of the time. - friendly staff

The room deco is so old fashioned. anywhere between the 50s and 80s. it wasn’t we didn’t like it, it was just funny and quite odd. I would suggest the owner to invest in additional electric plugs as since the 80s we all have tremendous. umber of devises, phones and pcs to power.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, doing everything to make the stay comfortable and nice. They are trying to help beyond the expected. The apartment is spacious, cozy and very quiet. Excellent for a long stay. The location is quite good, a walking distance from the crowded center of the city, but much more quiet and relaxing.
