This hotel was one of the best that we stayed at in Barcelona. It is in an excellent location and the value is excellent for what you pay. The hotel staff were SUPER kind and helpful. My travel companion forgot his glasses and they held on to them for a few days until we could pick them up. They were also super responsive in communication. The air conditioner broke in our room one night and they quickly sent someone to repair it. The room was very clean and the views were stellar! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona!

ideal location as you are where the majority of the nice shops and restaurants are, very easy to get to the public transport i.e busses are just a couple of minutes away to get to all the touristy attractions If you have any food allergies/intolerances the hotel goes above and beyond as they prepared some lactose free items for myself. all the members of staff were very professional, friendly and lovely! it never fell like we were bothering them with our questions as they were always willing to help any time of the day!

the room seemed a little old, as per other reviews some renovation needs to be done. there was no porridge and no option to get fried eggs which was a little upsetting but it’s just a personal preference I guess!

This place exceeded my expectations. It was a good price and I'd read reviews saying some rooms were looking tired, so I kept my expectations low. I booked a single room for 1 so I was expecting a small room with a single bed but I got a huge room with two beds. The best thing about the room was the enormous window with a great view.

My criticism is that the wifi was terrible, too bad to even use at times. I ended up having to use my phone data.

+1) simply huge Executive Suits rooms, about 35 square meters! +2) the bathroom has two sinks and a bathtub with a bidet. +3) there is a workplace and a pleasant balcony with white curtains that will create coziness with the windows open. +4) in the bar of the room everything you need from drinks. +5) there are a lot of bars, cafes and grocery stores a la Spar (down the street), I recommend a Georgian restaurant to the left of the exit, 1 min walk - KINZA with an average bill for a dish of €15, but the portions are very filling 👍❤️. +6) Walking slowly to Plaza Catalunya - 25 minutes. +7) they upgraded the room to a family room with two rooms for free, and when there was a break in hot water for several hours, they brought champagne to the room as a compliment. +8) breakfast coffee is super tasty if you make 50/50% with hot milk👍. +9) the staff is super friendly (breakfasts, cleaning) and very accommodating almost every shift at the reception 10 out of 10😇.

+/-1) breakfasts are good, but sausages are always sour (the child refused to eat all 9 nights, although this is his favorite dish for breakfast), it is better to change the supplier. +/-2) for €90/night in December you can close your eyes to the fact that the hotel needs renovation.

The hotel is situated in a nice, mostly residential, area with several dining options. Mini-markets are available too but one has to be mindful that they close early on Sundays. There are several transport options as well, including a Metro line, trams and buses. We used a 3-day Hola card which came in quite conveniently in covering multiple transport means including all major sightseeing spots and to and from El Prat airport. We used a spacious 4-bed suite serving our 4-person family needs which consisted of a large room which could be split into 2 rooms through a sliding door. Both rooms are equipped with tv sets and cupboards. The large semi-circle balcony provides the room with a lot of light and overlooks a small square of a urban car traffic intersection. Reception staff are professionally polite and quite helpful. Staff serving breakfast are also very nice and striving to timely accommodate the needs of guests in spite of the somewhat tight breakfast serving area. The breakfast options are quite decent including a selection of cheeses, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, cocktail wieners, baked beans, croissants and fruits, among others. Fruit juices, milk and coffees are also included.

Housekeeping could have been better. In spite of us placing the "please clean" sign on our door, the cleaning service only showed up once during our 3 night stay and that was during our late afternoon rest so we could basically have our towels changed but not the beds made.

Nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, 5-10 mins walk from the metro; close to Diagonal, that means that the area is nice and safe. The plus is the staff: my friend had a health issue and had to stay in the room for three days, and she got all the help she needed from receptionists, waiters, and cleaning staff. Special thanks to David, Eric and Josep in reception for their help and their kindness!

Breakfast too expensive, and the road is very noisy in the night.

The best thing about this hotel was the location!! At a walking distance from the nicest shopping area and the most trendy bars and restaurants. We felt safe walking everywhere. It is also very conveniently located close to bus stops and the subway stations as well. The room was really nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly, always greeting us with a smile! Breakfast was really good as well! I would totally recommend this place!

Everything ! It was super comfy and clean and in a very nice area. The staff were very helpful, especially fabulous Fabio on reception. A pleasure to deal with him. Barcelona is my new favourite city.

The only downside and it is very minor, is that from the airport bus, you really need to take a bus V13 I think, or taxi to reach the hotel. But that would not stop me booking this wonderful hotel again.

Great location in a more residential area but great location for getting about the whole city. Large room, clean, comfortable beds. Great restaurants & bars near by couldn't fault it. Over all a very clean and comfortable stay and a great location for getting out and about. Friendly helpful staff too

The carpets in the hall way need to be either given a very good clean or replaced as they were very stained ( we were in room 434) and some aspects of the room could do with a bit of a refurb ( like chips on bath enamel, some of the wooden flooring was loose etc) but great other than that
