great location and rooms are clean… staff always helpful and friendly… rooftop pool is wonderful with a wonderful evening view

the card key which you must remove when you leave the room turns off not only the lights, but ALL outlets, including the refrigerator. This means that you can’t charge devices or keep anything chilling when not in the room

Brilliant location for shopping and restaurants.

There really wasn’t much that I didn’t like. Pool and lounge area was small so a couple of times we didn’t get loungers as came later in the day but this is only a minor issue.

the location was excellent and staff so friendly and helpful - also loved the pool and little bar on the roof - although we didn’t get time to use it.

The breakfast was €14 each which we felt was too expensive compared to what was available locally so only ate breakfast at the hotel once - but the breakfast area was spotless clean.

the property is in an amazing location, steps away from la rambla, Gràcia and el Raval. the pool is very small but perfect for cooling down during the day, lots of loungers available and beautiful views. the room was nice and spacious, with a fridge, really good private bathroom and amazing shower, and really well working aircon. the staff were super polite and friendly and the breakfast/bar area downstairs very stylish. the airport transfer bus stop and the metro is also a 2 minute walk away. all this and on the cheaper end of the scale compared with other similar places, I was really impressed and would definitely go back!

if I was being really picky I would say the rooftop bar was more expensive than expected, but also wasn’t that surprising!

Really liked the central location of this hotel, so close to everything. The staff were really helpful and so very pleasant.

the location was ideal, 2 mins walk to the top of las ramblas , then everything was easy access from there. the rooms were large and clean the bed was queen sized they had thought of everything you could need for your stay. , the staff were friendly and helpful and always pleasant.

the pool is tiny, don’t let the pictures fool you it is literally somewhere to nip in and cool off. you can’t actually swim in it, but after a long day out and about a quick dip is lovely.

What I liked about the property is definitely the location. it’s so close to literally everything (if you want to be in the pl. catalunya” area). i could easily walk to Barceloneta (beach) as well. I’ve booked a double room with balcony and I was on the 5th floor. it’s was amazing. especially the view from the balcony. the hotel is small and ideal for a city hotel. it looks nice and clean inside. it looks quite luxury as well. the security system (open the entrance door and acces to the lift with your room card) made me feel very safe and secure. i travelled alone (woman <30) and I felt definitely safe and comfortable in/around the hotel. probably because it’s full with people outside (wasn’t out after 0:00). the staff was alright. didn’t speak with any of them which was fine, I’ve only stayed for a few days. they probably let everyone in their zone since it’s a city hotel and they know people will be likely more out of the hotel than actually in it. but the staff was definitely there when needed. i didn’t had food in the hotel. there are so many options when it comes to restaurants, perfect! there is a nice view from the rooftop. you can look over the city. it’s also the place where the pool is. I came in the winter season so no swimming for me but have to admit; it looked tempting. the room was really good. spacious enough for me (or one more person). everything was clean and tidy. the bathroom looks luxury and spacious (especially the shower). there’s a mini tv in front of the toilet 😁 (do I need to say more?!). the bed was so big, wow! and like I said: best of it all: view from the balcony!!!! a few days before I came to the hotel, I viewed my booking and realised that I booked a single room (since I travel alone) without balcony or anything. after seeing some pictures online, I needed to upgrade my room (for a little price) just so I could have a balcony. and it was totally worth it!

what I didn’t like about the property was the waiting time for the lift. they can be quite slow. but not to complain; the stairs were fine as well. the floor in my room were clean but still felt a bit sticky. I’m sure something went wrong because all the other things were so clean.

Location was excellent, for shopping, walking and eating.

Can’t remember that anything could have been better.
