Staff very professional and helpful.. Our room had absolutely everything we were promised and more, bathrobes, slippers, we even had complimentary toothbrushes and shaver which i never had in any other hotel, even with 5 stars.. But my respect must go to the cleaning lady which was absolutely incredible, lady didn't speak english and absolutely refuse to not clean our room.. even when we said its ok, we don't need today, after we came from our daily sightseeing our room was brand new.. im just sorry we didn't see her on our last day so we can tip her for her amazing hard work and effort.. staff made an appointment for our taxi to the airport, which was Saturday night (very busy) and our taxi was there on time.. Allowed us to take plate and some cutlery to our room, used microwave.. no complaints, everything was really what they promised..

Price i feel was a bit to much for september but what can you do..

Very friendly and very helpful staff. They even accommodated my request for a small birthday surprise for my partner which he really appreciated! Whenever we needed help with something, the staff were willing to help and accommodate. The hotel is great for quick trips because we mainly just needed somewhere to shower and sleep as we were out pretty much all day for the whole weekend. It was nice to come back to a comfy bed, clean space, reliable AC and wifi connection. Very easily connected with public transport as well. Clean and also eco-friendly room, and I really appreciate the amenities that came with the room (high quality hair dryer, all toiletries, etc). Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so easy and comfortable!

Better shower pressure would have been nice but that is me being very pedantic (!)

Excellent for a good sleep! Amazing air-conditioning, somewhat smaller windows that provide enough shade and a great sound isolation, a clever placement of curtains that actually let you darken the room without light leakage and an additional inner door that blocks sounds from the corridor make this an ideal hotel room. The choice of materials (exotic woods and white marble) is unusual yet cosy, and adds to the refined look and feel.

The most unusual thing is that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. When we asked, receptionist told us that this is the cultural norm in Spain, which we found odd, since there were toilet brushes in all other hospitality establishments we visited. As is usually the case in hotels such as this one, that aim at single occupancy for business people, for a double occupancy the bathroom is a bit too small and the number of available hangers could be larger as well as the number of power outlets. But the room itself and the bed were spacious enough and comfortable. Also the hotel should already start considering a renovation. Some everyday wear-and-tear is visible, especially on wooden elements.

The staff were simply amazing and helped out with all our questions re visiting Barcelona. Really close to metro (so easy and safe to travel by!). Local shops and plenty of food choice for a night out

Both the room and the bathroom are fairly small. The laundry service is pretty steep but there is a launderette nearby so we used that instead

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere and it will take you 20 minutes to get to all the major attractions! The staff was very friendly and smiling from the receptionist to the maids! I liked that they try to stay green and change the towels on your request, otherwise the room is definitely cleaned every day. All in all, I am very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

Convenient location, near metro, supermarket. Spacious room with with blackout curtains, soft slippers and bathrobes. Friendly and helpful staff

Uncomfortable bed on wheels, hard mattress. When one person rolls over, the bed shakes. Only 1 bottle of water for two guests. Breakfast is the same every day, no vegetables or greens. Thin towels, not fluffy.

Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was big and comfortable, and air con made it easy to sleep on a hot night. We arrived very late due to our plane being delayed and the kind lady at reception offered to extend our check out so we could sleep longer (unfortunately we needed to leave early for the next leg of our trip!). Also very well located, a 10 minute walk to Barcelona Sants Station. Really fantastic for the price and for a short stay in Barcelona.

Can't fault it!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for several recommendations for places to eat, things to do, how to use the transportation system, and so on. They were more than happy to help and guide us through it all. The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable. and quiet. We loved our stay!

We loved everything!

The staff at the front desk are all amazing, 10/10 service from them, they all deserve a pay rise, they went the extra mile to help us every day and were so polite and spoke the best English, they made our trip very welcoming.

The air con could be slightly better in some rooms!

Very good location and good staff!! I booked that accommodation because I had to changed my past booking and the other hotel didn’t had free room on my new dates so I choosed that one and I absolutely won choosing that one! The breakfast is excellent, good quality! Cleaning services are really good as well! ( please let the lady know that she is doing an amazing job) Great location as well! One of the best hotel I’ve done! Really respectful on covid distances and face masks measures
