Pol & Grace Hotel

Staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. We really liked the arts and design in the breakfast area. Metros and good buslines are nearby (like the v15 to Barceloneta/downtown)

Air-condition was dripping the first night. Which got repaired the second day. We had Twin bedroom but with a double bed. Unfortunately every day the second blanket got removed but at least you were helpful to retrieve it :)

At the beginning, we received a room that was not enough clean and also not very good maintained. We complained and were moved to a better room, in better condition and clean. The staff were great! The energy and vibe were great. Coffee machine was great with good and free coffee. The art decoration and music and good energy were there. Also great area!

I liked the proximity to the metro, which was about a 1 minute walk. I also liked the friendliness of the staff in the reception area. They were very helpful in providing instructions to most places and were even kind enough to assist with flight check-in, which they were not responsible for; thanks!!! Room service was great as expected!!

I didn’t like the air conditioning in the room. It did not seem cold enough, even after modifying the temperature in the thermostat.

The location was great, very short walk to Lesseps and Fontana Metro stations and 2 train stations just across the street. The neighborhood had many restaurants and bars, without being overwhelming and loud. The lobby and our room were very clean and spacious. All of the front desk workers were super helpful (recommendations and directions)and spoke English which was a plus. Our room also had beautiful artwork that went the length of the wall above the bed. We very much appreciated the complementary coffee, espresso, tea and water accessible 24 hours in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Pol and Grace hotel! It is very conveniently located, in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, yet close to a metro station to get to the center and a few wonderful bars and restaurants! The hotel was perfect for my needs, the room had everything I needed and ample space! Staff were extremely helpful and nice, there was always someone there! Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options! It is a great choice for your stay in Barcelona, if you wish to avoid the overcrowded center!

First and foremost, the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They welcomed me at midnight, after a late flight with a smile, and instantly I felt at-ease. From the moment I entered the room, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness. Every nook and cranny was spotless, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. The bed in the room deserves a special mention. It was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful and rejuvenating sleep every night. The quality of the bedding and the plush pillows added to the overall comfort, making it a joy to retreat to after a long day of exploring. Moreover, the location of the hotel was truly unbeatable, especially for Park Güell enthusiasts like myself. Being just a stone's throw away from this iconic attraction was a dream come true. It allowed me to effortlessly immerse myself in the beauty of the park, exploring its vibrant mosaic artworks and taking in the breathtaking views of Barcelona. Also, there is a free beverage bar - which had amazing coffee and an expansive variety of teas to choose from!

I love this location: the transit connections are excellent (one-minute walk to the metro to Plaça de Catalunya, but also a very pleasant half-hour downhill walk, or direct buses to the beach or Sants Estacio) but it’s very safe and not touristic (so restaurants, bars and shops have local prices). My room was very clean and comfortable - the AC worked well and there was good hot water. There was minimal street noise and the exterior shutters block out all the street light (if you’re someone who likes sleeping in a dark room).

WiFi in rooms is not reliable - I wasn’t ever able to sustain a connection for more than a minute or two.

Very nice location, very friendly staff, clean room, really liked the style of the accommodations. Just a very nice place to stay. Many great restaurants nearby, easy walk to multiple attractions and the whole place just made us feel at home. Great place. Will be recommending to friends and hoping to return for another fun trip.

I liked everything, I guess if I had one suggestion it would be to add some outlets with USB connections for ease of charging.

Location was great! You can get to a lot of tourist attractions by underground in less than 30 minutes! Room was cosy enough and it matches a 4-star hotel! Staffs were sweet and very helpful! Overall, I like the hotel very much, it's a worthy choice for Barcelona travel!

The air conditioning is so strong that it's too cold in the night... The bathroom is a bit small, and the toilet's position in the bathroom is quite weird and not that comfortable. Sheets sometimes have stains that are quite unpleasant for people that want extremely clean sleeping environment. But bearable, to a extent. Nothing else to mention now, just a few flaws and they don't impact on the good points of the hotel.
