I absolutely love this place, and here are the reasons: - It's clean - both the hotel and the unit. There is no sewage smell. - The staff are nice, professional, and respectful. - The hotel is quiet. - It's close to Gateway Ekamai shopping mall, which has a grocery store. I got my supplies - toiletries, food/pre-made meals, drinks, and etc. - from here. - It's about 500m away from Ekkamai BTS skytrain station, with Asok being 3 stops away. - It has a number of restaurants nearby, including some inside Gateway Ekamai shopping mall. - Great price for the accommodation. - I love the washing machine. It's so useful to be able to wash your clothes. I hate handing my clothes to third-party cleaners as they just wash your clothes together with other people's, plus dry your clothes at high heat, and iron everything at high heat. This ruins a lot of my clothes. - My unit has a balcony which brings in a lot of natural light. - Taxi drivers never have a problem with direction when I just tell them "Ekkamai BTS station". - The bathroom tiles are not slippery. I hate slippery floors as you can crack your head slipping on wet tiles. - Hair salon is nearby. - Pharmacy is nearby for that heartburn medicine :-) - 7-Eleven is nearby. Will definitely return. This review is for unit 404.

- The only thing I don't like is that the shower water temperature is inconsistent. This is probably because the apartment unit uses an on-demand water heater. It goes hot, lukewarm, cold, and then hot. However, it isn't that bad. For me, it wasn't an issue because I wash with cold water all the time.

Smooth check-in and check out. It is a like a one whole apartment, it was comfortable .We are are able to do our own laundry, it is quiet and clean neighborhood. My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Room service is available everyday for free. It is true that the water supply for showering is hard to switch on the desired temperature, but it was fine for us as me and my friend can actually shower in cold water.

The shower room, the water can’t adjust the temperature to be warm. Only available hot tooo much and colddd tooo much. The hotel should improve the temperature water should can adjustment to be warm not only very hot and very cold. When the winter coming how the guest going to a take shower🥲

Rooms perfect big space with balcony , good kitchen, water issue a slight problem but soon work it out , maids and security the best I’ve seen

Very clean and comfortable rooms. So much space, and I really liked the Japanese interior. It's close to Ekkamai BTS station, so kind of easy to reach airport or shopping malls. The pool was really nice after a day of visiting Bangkok.

We mainly wanted to visit parts of the old city, and then it's a long ride with BTS and other public transport.. Although the hotel and room where really good, clean and comfy, next time I will book something closer to the old center.

Fantastic location very close to BTS and Ekamai Gateway Shopping Mall! Premises were kept clean at all times! Friendly staff! Nice, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment with daily housekeeping!

The gym equipment needs updating! A bit difficult to adjust the shower water temperature! Bedroom TV missing, although not a big deal for me!

It’s a wonderful old skool condo- I love.It v clean and in cool area.. I would def live here, stay long term which I am planning to do

I stayed here for 4 or 5 nights? I forgot already.. Everything is super complete here. I ever stayed in the 5 stars hotel in my country, and this one is even bigger and wider. U can even was ur dirty clothes by ur self. Maybe only rice cooker that u missed.. 😅 I was lucky by the time I was there, I got a very cheap price from this OTA.

The bathroom: the shower room. The shower knop, it is really impossible to get WARM water to take shower. A millimetre turn to the left, it goes directly super hot water. And a millimetre turn to the right, it goes directly super cold water. The swimming pool is tooo short. Only 120cm? I can't even float in that depth.. The cleaning service ladies. They came EVERYDAY to clean d entire room. But it can be annoying as well, because sometimes I want to sleep longer, but because they keep knocking the door, I have to wake up to open the door for them to clean up. Perhaps u will need to provide the sign of "Do not disturb" and "Please clean the room" to put outside on d door.

Great location, clean and convenient. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. Will stay there again next time we visit. BTS sky train, restaurants and bars all within 5 minute walk.

The water heater was dodgy. It was either very hot or cold. Complained on 2nd day but nothing changed. They should also provide detergent and softeners for washing machine. TV channels were mostly local.
