Location was good and easy access to transport

Breakfast choices can be improved. Bad sewage smell outside hotel

The decor, size of the rooms, cleanliness. The staff was also very very polite and helpful and overall, the rooms and entire hotel is very very comfortable. Location wise it is almost perfect I.e. 10 mins walk into thonglor resteraunt area and 5 mins walk to the BTS that takes you anywhere you might need to go.

The pool on the terrace, even though quite big and beautiful, was not clean. Water was not cleaned in weeks, but otherwise the entire terrace and pool aera, overlooking the skyline, is gorgeous.

This hotel is in a great location walking distance to the BTS. Very clean, friendly staff, good WiFi, comfortable beds. We stayed at the Marriott on the same street a few times and this place tops them for a better price.

we ate in the restaurant a few times, food is just ok, go out and eat as Thailand has so much great street food at a cheaper price.As a matter of fact, Johnny street food directly across from the hotel has great local food at a great price.

I recently stayed at The Salil Hotel in Bangkok and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the hotel's attention to detail in supplying little extras, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The decor of the hotel was lovely, and it was evident that the property was well-maintained. The ambience created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

the soundproofing in the rooms was not the best. Unfortunately, I had some noisy neighbours in the next room who were laughing and joking, which disrupted our sleep and woke us up. This was a slight drawback to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Fabulous and friendly staff! Super responsive when our window latch was broken and wouldn’t close. Location in Bangkok was great for walking to a variety of restaurants and trains.

The only issue was our room smelled horribly of mildew. We were only staying for two nights so decided not to switch rooms but should have and we didn’t mention it to the hotel so it’s not as if they ignored our request. Upon returning to the USA our clothes all smelled of mildew. When we further inspected the bathroom window near tub was covered in mold and mildew. I’m sure not every room was like this. We had a king suite with sofa sleeper (room 610)

The hotel and facilities were one of the best I have stayed in abroad hands down. When you arrived, the staff were extremely polite, accomodating and helpful. The room was huge and well worth the money. You are close to the local metro station and taxis didn't have any trouble finding us either. We asked the hotel to coordinate a shuttle to pick us up and take us back from the airport which was fantastic and didn't have to stress about it. When I revisit Bangkok, I will definitely be staying here again.

I honestly have no complaints about this hotel or location.

Great hotel in a nice quiet location in Bangkok, with some good restaurants nearby. Some parts of the hotel are a little tied but that would not put us off from going back. Overall a good stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel rooms need a small amount of work to keep them up together but overall nice.

The staffs were exceptionally attentive, helpful and friendly. Appreciate the hotel's thoughtful effort in printing photo for capturing our memorable stay. Cute tattoo sticker provided during Saturday and Sunday, something playful throughout our hotel stay.

The breakfast. Appreciate more variety, to improve on soup noodle, porridge etc I would expect a better hair dryer at this rate.

The room was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness level was up to the mark. The hotel smelled divine . The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. Provided us with a free cot for our toddler. She loved the overall environment as much as we did. The rooftop pool was great as well :)

There were not much halal options in breakfast

Beautiful hotel! Great decor and vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they all went above and beyond to help us. However the building had a weird odor to it that was off putting, beside that we enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a a quiet hotel, this is it. However we wished we stayed a little closer to all of the action at Terminal 21.
