breakfast is poor. they used to have a reasonable buffet. now it’s just two eggs w meats and some veggies. every morning the same.

Great value for money, a lovely staff determined to please, a delicious breakfast that has made the most of covid restrictions (not a buffet at the current time, but a full-fledged hearty meal), and large, well-equipped rooms that provide a perfect getaway from the vibrancy of Bangkok's Silom district. The hotel is close to the action, but on a quiet street to relax and recharge. Maybe I'm imagining it, but I feel like both for both of my stays I was upgraded to executive rooms when occupancy wasn't at full capacity. Again, the staff of Le Siam always aim to deliver the best stay they can deliver, and It's noted at every turn. Thanks for the attention to excellent service. I'll be back!

Amazing location. Next to metro station and streetfood. Bedsheets and towels changed daily, polite staff, friendly cleaners, though building itself and facilities seen better days. Swift laundry service, reasonably priced.

Our room was with breakfast included. But the breakfast was heavy, fatty and not tasty. So for majority of days we have been going to eat outside. Do not recommend taking breakfast package, especially it costs 220BHT where for less than 30BHT you can have an amazing Thai omelette or yummy soup for 50BHT outside, vis a vis hotel. Rather unpleasant male receptionist. Too much hassle at the checkout and our room was billed for extra breakfast that supposed to be included. Clarifying the same took a while and we got a plain to catch... Good advice-take hangers with you as there were not enough if them and shelving of clothes was a challenge.

The staff of the hotel were very helpful and accommodating from the day I checked in up to the day I checked out. I had no hassle checking in and when I checked out, they even offered to keep my luggage first as I told them that I'm going to the airport late in the evening. This allowed me to spend time at the city centre worry-free and it also saved me a considerable amount as I had initially planned on getting a locker service for my bags.

There was nothing to dislike. I had a very good experience with the hotel.

Excellence location. It nears Sala Deang BTS station. It locates at business district but away from bustling and noisy area. The hotel provides quality shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, and hand liquid. Staffs are friendly.

The Western breakfast is costly if you had direct ordered from the cafe. It costs 220 Baht.

Location, bathtub, storage, and couch/desk combo (in deluxe rooms) are worth the investment.

I understand that this is a below-capacity and covid (cost effectiveness) issue, but I definitely miss the buffet breakfast from years ago that was exceptional. The current fixed plate approach, while substantial, is so BORING after 1 or 2 days. For longer stays, I will not be getting the breakfast until I can confirm that a buffet (and variety) will be served over the several-day stay.

Fantastic hotel - the staff made our stay absolutely exceptional. They were kind, professional, warm, and helped us with every question we had. A great surprise was the WiFi quality - I had zero issues (which I was worried about - I selected this hotel partially because it has the fewest negative reviews about WiFi). I have to connect via a VPN for with and my applications go on the fritz any time it is interrupted, even just for a moment, but I had zero issues! Definitely recommend for work. I loved that the windows in the room are tinted - no one can see in, and the sun isn't too bright. The bed was also very comfortable - much softer than other hotel beds in Thailand. Breakfast was good - it was the same set meal every day. The staff were also really good at taking allergies/preferences into account and remembered the following days. There's an outdoor pool and nice sitting area on the 5th floor, which was nice. The location is great - easy BTS access, lots of restaurants, and close to Lumpini park - but is on a quieter street. The signage was clear and easy for our taxi drivers to find. Lovely stay - definitely recommend!

I wish the doors in the suite were more solid for noise control. It worked for my needs, but would be challenging if traveling with family/kids.

Great location near fun nightlife, bars and restaurants; but lovely and quiet in the hotel. Friendly and professional staff, quick check in and check out, rooms very comfortable, good size and clean. Just what you want after a long flight or journey. Thank you 🙏

Location, staff and rooms.

This is a smaller boutique hotel and most cosy . Staff very personal and accomdating . The kind elderly front door man got me on time to all my meetings and right addresses . The receptionists too were always very informative and supportive . Love the location and homely feel to the place . I have been in far grandeur large five star hotels but this is a good change and you get everywhere quicker .

Unfortunately there was a very rare power cut when I arrived . Staff dealt with it well . Would have been nice to have access to more meals ( not just breakfast ) but covid , I understand prcaticality .

The hotel is in a superb location, in a quieter Soi immediately behind Central shopping Mall and close to Sala Daeng skytrain station. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and tidy and both lifts working. All the staff were eager to be friendly and help.

Not much to criticise at all. As in most hotels there is a bit of noise spillover from neighbouring rooms but we were only unlucky with shouty people for one night.
