- quiet area, quiet hotel (only 4 rooms per floor) - everything works in the room. - the room is 20m2 as advertised. Pictures are correct. - clean bathroom - room cleaning is done efficiently soon after you leave the room in the morning. Nice staff. - 2 free bottles of water per day - a large fridge

A minor thing, but i prefer to mention it. The pricing policy information for this hotel on the website of Booking.com states: "no credit card or booking fees". I guaranteed my booking with my credit card, but upon my arrival, the receptionist mentioned that if I used my credit card, a 4 percent charge would be added to the bill. The hotel however allowed me to pay in cash the next day.

Perfect location, few minute walk to the BTS station, market, 7-11, hospital, street food, etc... Room was a little small due to a king size bed. There was not much room to store bif suitcase or open it up. Room had many shelves and drawers. Bathroom was clean and shower area was big. AC worked ok. Staff were very nice and professional. They can book a taxi to the airport with a very low price. It was very quiet at night and very secure. Free 2 bottles of water a day.

Room did not have tissue box. Television had bad reception, either no pictures or very grainy. AC blew cold air directly to the headboard made it uncomfortable to sleep. On the lst day, housekeeping forgot to restock cotton bud.

The staff were always friendly and attentive. The room always clean and had everything we needed. We left to go to Koh Chang for a few days and the room was kept clean and secure for us. Before coming to Thailand I had ordered an engagement ring and had it sent to Silom Forest for them to keep safe and a secret from my partner which they did a fantastic job with. They really went above and beyond for us. Beds were firm and incredibly comfortable. Air con worked wonders. Good choice of television channels on a big screen for when we're in bed. Shower hot and powerful with a rain head.

Overall experience was excellent for a 3 star serviced apartment. The staff were very nice and sincere in helping me as a guest. Even if their english was limited, they did their best to understand me and help every opportunity they could. Room service was also very fast and staff try to deliver on your requests as soon as they can. Location is also excellent as Silom district is a very good area to stay in, especially if you are LGBTQIA+. Not only is there food galore (cheap street food to world class restaurants and everything in between are just a few minutes' walk away), there is very easy access to public transportation. The area felt very, very safe even late at night and have some (hidden) police watching the streets at night. The area immediately around the hotel is also quiet as it is far enough from major streets and noisy bars (though you may hear some TV sounds from your room neighbor next door).

Staff very courteous and helpful. Special mention to Anne / Sireegarn The location is excellent. it is near everything-- food.cafes. stores.shops.banks. Very clean place. Not too huge place so not too many people.so it is perfect this pandemic time.

1. Small thing but would help next time. the sink in my room was leaking and the toilet floor was usually wet everytime. I asked them to fix it but it wasnt fixed in my 2 week stay there. 2. They do not separate wet and dry trash so plastic bottles and food leftovers are mixed with everything else. Best to address this soon . I separate mine but their overall garbage can does not.

We had a really great time in BKK and in the residence. Everything was well organized and structured. The staffs were really friendly and cared about us. The hotel room and the whole residence place were very clean. They cleaned the room every day - what a service :-). We really liked the location - financial district and so the heart of BKK, very good infrastructure (7Eleven, Metro, Bus, Train, ...) And however really calm. By the way, there is a coffee bar with great coffee. I can really recommend the coffee.

Everything about the hotel is superb. Probably one of the best locations. The street the hotel is located on is quiet, but those busy and attractive places are quite near too. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and compact, well equipped. It is absolutely worth, especially considering the price.

Nice quite place near City and BTS-Line. Alltimes friendly service and Anne ist best to help you alltimes. Deluxe Studios are not so big, but all you need is inside.. Also cleaningservice late possible.. Good place to stay over to discover the City! Aircon need refreshment, but all is working.

everything about the property was excellent, staff were wonderful. and for future reference there is a large pool for swimming and relaxing 250 meters from the property 300BHT per day. Also thank you Anne , Willy & Peto made my stay very relaxing.

Excellent location, in a quite street, still in the middle of everything. Very comfortable and big bed. Facilities in the room included among other a fridge and freezer, coffee/tea maker.

The balcony view was disappointing, facing a high wall only a few meters away. The shower didn't have warm enough (for me) water.
