Our double room was very spacious and clean. 5 minute walk to MRT station (very useful for getting around to main attractions in Bangkok) and there are 2 7|11 shops within walking distance too (and a fridge in the room) All staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, we found it good value for money. Road noise mentioned on other reviews wasn’t a big problem for us, you could hear the road (as I’m sure you can in most Bangkok hotel) but it by no didn’t affect our quality of sleep. I think the other side of hotel backs on to a busier road than the front were we stayed.

Over all very happy with our stay - our room was very basic but that is what we paid for. You can hear your ‘neighbours’ quite a lot through the walls, luckily our neighbours weren’t particularly loud but I can imagine this could be a problem for some unlucky people.

Amazing location. Surrounded by charming sois (check out the morning market in the streets opposite the hotel) and relatively low-key environs but with easy and quick access to Chinatown, the MRT, Silom/Patpong, and some higher-class galleries and eateries in the Charoen Krueng area (towards the river). Great food within walking distance, too.

There's a road right in front and a huge 12-lane road a stone's throw away. So traffic noise can, and will, be an issue if you have a room facing the street. That said, it's not TOO bad, and I got used to it quickly.

What an amazing hotel! Before we even arrived we'd requested a room away from the main road as we'd seen a few other reviews saying it was a little noisy at night - they offered us a free upgrade to a triple room to accomodate this which we gladly accepted and had no problems with noise whatsoever. The room itself was huge, loved the loft design and the facilities were excellent. Double sinks over a huge mirror, two toilets and two showers all separated in four separate rooms, a clothes rack, fridge, desk area and smart TV. The showers were warm and really powerful and the mattress and pillows were really comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and every time we requested it to be cleaned. The staff are so friendly, always welcomed you with a smile every time you saw them, and were happy to give advice about the city. There is free tea and coffee available all day in the reception area which has plenty of comfortable seating as well. While still fairly central, the hotel is not located in the most touristy area, but there is a metro station less than 5 minutes walk away which was great to get around the city with, and Bangkok Station is a few minutes beyond this which is also really handy if you are planning onward to travel to Chiang Mai like we did. There are still plenty of places for food and drink within a 15-20 minute walking distance though, including Chinatown. This may be the best value for money hotel I have ever visited, given the quality of our stay and the relatively low price paid, cannot recommend it enough!

Nothing, cannot fault it!

The location was great, and so was the staff. Everything was great! This was definitely value for money. The only downside was the noise from the highway beside the accommodation. Our room was right next to it (family room) and so we heard it loud and clear. However, the other rooms on the other side of the hallway didn't experience any such noise.

The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. I loved the industrial-style interior design of the place and it shocked me just how spacious the room felt. Overall, I really don't have any major criticisms.

The only complaint I can muster is that the hot water tank for the showers seemed to be a bit small. As a result, you really only got 3-4 minutes of really hot water before it became lukewarm and then cold. It's good for the environment, though.

Room was really clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There’s a little self-service kitchen next to reception where you can make coffee, snack, and chill for free. The staff are all very nice and helpful! Also a lot of 7/11s close by so you can easily get whatever you need from the shops. Wi-fi worked perfectly for work and calls.

Everything was great!

Clean and private room with a nice industrial flair. Bed was comfortable for getting a restful sleep. The area around seems to be less popular to tourists which I enjoyed. Metro and railway station close by.

Nothing really to complain. The street noises might be a little loud for sensitive fellows. Me personally didn’t really mind about it.

The location is fantastic if you plan on using the metro or bus. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were super friendly, and eager to help and accommodate any requests. I had a superior double room which was spacious with a comfortable bed.

There was quite a bit of road noise at night, but this did dissipate into the evening and early morning.

The staff were very helpful and very attentive. They really did their best to make us feel welcome and secure in our choice of stay. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator works well, and the kitchen set up is very well -thought-out.
