It was like having our own little apartment, very easy to make stuff we bought from outside and heatup meals for our infant. Pool was great and the location was fantastic too. The local thai restaurant nearby is great.

Ants... So many ants. I realize this is Thailand and there are ants everywhere, but come on, they're in every room. I also had to mention twice to the front desk to clean up the food that people left on the stairs from room service. Once in the morning and once at night since they didn't come pick it up. No wonder there are ants all over the property.

The room was clean and nice with a large comfortable bed. There's even a desk in case you need to work.

The water in the pool was pretty cold. MRT station is in 15 minutes walking distance.

-Serviced apartment with complete amenities for long term stay like washing machine/dryer, gym, pool, jacuzzi, resto, cafe, good wifi. -Overall clean and comfortable -Staff (Lucky) is very accommodation, he even help us arrange the tours

-Some furnishing needs a little refurbishing -Location can be tricky, most taxi drivers get lost -Staff (old Chinese looking guy) is very rude. He is not welcoming at all and doesn’t understand hospitality. Worst person in the hotel, he ruined the whole experience for us because of his rudeness. we were just asking politely if we can request for late check out since we will be in a tour in the morning then he shut us off right away in a rude manner. The way he speaks and communicates is not suitable in the hospitality industry.

Staff are friendly and approachable, good customer service. Bartender was a highlight for my brother's, really great service from him. They have coin operated washer and dryers in the basement and you can get coins from the front desk (note it's ฿10 for 10 minutes in the dryer so put more coins in!). Jacuzzi area upstairs is quite nice to chill at. Replenished our water, tissue, etc every time we asked for housekeeping 😊 Good value for money. Room is actually a decent size despite it looking quite tight on the pictures. You can get electricity cards for the room so you don't have to use your key card.

The check in process is one of the longest I've ever encountered... Printing off multiple invoices, filling in forms with my information even though it's all already on the booking after long travels it's a bit tiring. The food is quite disappointing here, I'd recommend ordering from grab food if you're lazy instead of eating here to be honest unless you have no expectations for Thai food then by all means. There's only one key card, for double/ twin rooms it's a bit annoying....

The suite was roomy and had a contemporary feel. The bed was very comfortable. Separate A/C for living room and bedroom; I often just kept one A/C operating as the room gets cool right away. Bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was excellent. You could also open the window for ventilation. The room was very quiet. Excellent for travelers who need super quiet to sleep well. Walk to Samyan Mitrtown (Midtown) mall was not too shabby.

Location was a little tricky. Good access to street food (highly recommend Yummy Thai Food), but sidewalks were narrow or missing. Very modest neighborhood feel. Coffee shops were a little challenging to find in the district; thankfully, they have a cafe in the premises. Reasonable walking distance to Silom especially if you need to stay or get fit. Location is tricky for taxi and Grab (ride-sharing app) drivers, especially for picking up, so it is advisable to carry the hotel address that is written in Thai.

Very nice suite, had nearly everything suited for an appartment and the amenities were great. Best was the location, tucked away in a quiet alley area but still in the centre. Heaps of local stalls around selling good Thai food (try the homemade noodles), lots of fruits (ultra cheap and diverse selection) and great smiles (for free!). Fruit lady was so sad to see us leave so she gifted us a banana.

Some dishwasher soap and a sponge to wash your dishes in your appartment should be made available from the start so you can clear up after yourselves (it was supplied once we asked). Other than that, nothing.

Very, very, helpful and friendly staff. Always. And spacious room. It feels like a small apartment. The hot tub on the roof, overlooking the city. This is the third time we have stayed here and will come back every time we are in Bangkok

Cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. Very nice and quiet in the night.

Hard to get a Bolt/Taxi over there. Accessible streets are too narrow. Bit confusing for non-experienced drivers. Still, it is accessible.

The rooms are spacious with separate bedroom and living area, it has a gym, swimming pool and roof top outdoor area, a lot of food choices, laundry, and a 7/11 a min walk away

15mins walking distance to MRT/subway station and 22 mins walking distance to BTS/skytrain station at a quick pace. be considerate of ur travel mode in the city before u book, and think about what's the major transport you use(i would suggest Skytrain rather than Subway, and this two systems are NOT connecting seamlessly.)
