Wild Orchid Villa

Great location for people who don’t was to be super close to the busy/hectic areas of Bangkok but in walking distance to great bars and close to the river for the ferry, making it easy to get around. Bar/restaurant area was great too.

We booked a deluxe room, these are the rooms with bathrooms. Just be aware not all rooms have showers and toilets in them - check before you book. Air con was hit and miss.

Budget accommodation in a quiet area. Close to khoa san road and transit options. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is great! Overall a great place to stay.

Was there during the low season so the the bar / restaurant wasn't open which didn't create a warm/welcoming atmosphere. Hallway noise (talking, doors slamming) is easily heard in the room. No view from balcony.

The place is perfectly located. You are just few steps from bustling Khao San rd. while the place is fairly quiet, so you can sleep well. The key Bangkok sights are in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is great advantage that you appreciate in sun heated Bangkok. I liked view from our balcony. Some people here complained in their reviews about bathroom being accessible through balcony in some of the rooms. Our room was one of them - do not get worried about, it is not issue at all. It is just one step and you have full privacy anyway. I wonder why anyone brings it in as an issue.

The door handles do annoying alarm sounds any time the door is nor properly closed.

Location was superb - close to transport and lots of good restaurants. Laundry next door. Good massage venues very close. Easy to get to the tourist ferry and a 7 eleven on the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bee, the travel agent was exceptional! So kind and informative.

A bit noisy at night if people went to bed in the early hours as you could hear them in the corridors. This isn’t anything against the hotel; more that some guests are inconsiderate.

Amazing AC Nice large room with good decor Great pool area Room very clean and well appointed Fantastic location of Soi Rambuttri Mattress was so comfortable with great bed linen, duvet and pillows. Room has fridge, AC, safe,kettle, hairdryer, etc.

The toilet/bathroom is out on the balcony so it’s weird to go out in the heat. At check in we wanted to book a late check out but the lady wasn’t able to. it would be better value if it included breakfast!

We have stayed in Wild Orchid Villa for one night only. The room was very spacious, elegant, clean, bed very comfortable. Location is excellent - close to old town’s main streets, night life, but in more calm area. What I was missing in This place was atmosphere and a unique spirit / vibe. A hint Maybe: booking a room with balcony made No sense, because what we saw was front of a building next to Villa :)

What a fun room when you open the door to the balcony and there is a separate room there that is the bathroom with a shower. The absolutely most perfect location in Khaosan, so much so that when we stayed Sukhumvit side and came to visit Khaosan, we wanted to book here again. The pool was clean and refreshing. 100% value for money.

no lift, but we were just 1 floor up.

Great location in a nice area full of bars and restaurants. Room was small, but clean with comfortable beds. We had window in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet. We didn't use a swimming pool, but if you want to relax outside it looked okay.

There is no lift, so it was a bit of pain to carry our suitcases on 5th floor

Nice pool area and fairly simple but clean room and bathroom. great location and there wasn’t too much noise from the street.

the bathroom had a lot of mould above the shower and holes in the ceiling where damp had come through.

The location was great, close to Khoa san Road but nice and quiet area, the room was clean and nice size with place for luggage, pool access was nice.

The shelf in the bathroom needed cleaning properly, and my toilet stopped flushing which was resolved but then went wrong again which wasn't ideal
