Lucky House Khaosan

We stayed at this hotel twice, at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Thailand and we really enjoyed it. The rooms are relatively simple and small but have everything you could need, including a mini-fridge, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and the shower is spacious and has a curtain. We found the location perfect, right in front of a 7 eleven, within walking distance of the main temples and right next to the lively Khaosan road, but at the same time the hotel was very calm and quiet

Hotel entrance hidden and difficult to find and the bathroom sometimes smelled a little bad

The location is perfect 2 min from Khaosan road. Easy to find taxi or tuk tuk. The room was comfortable, little but enough for a couple of days. The air conditioner saved us from the hottest days in Bangkok. In front of the hotel you have 7 eleven were you can buy basic things. The bed was comfortable and the shower had enough space.

As I mentioned room is pretty small, we came with two big luggage and we didn’t have space where to put them. We couldn’t open our window and the blinds were broken. The housekeeping is coming pretty late or they don’t come at all, don’t change the towels or bed sheets.

Very clean, comfortable bed, chic shower and bathroom. The toiletries are excellent. they provide a swimming pool to visit the neighboring hotel! For a cheap chic room, there is also a fairy tale pool. I love this soft bed and I didn't want to leave the room at all. A wonderful place. There is an elevator, refrigerator , laundry, smoke area,TV, air conditioning and everything is nearby. I recommend 100% to have something to compare with. I've been to other hotels in Bangkok and moved out of them, I take advantage of it

We love everything about Lucky House! We even have a plan to come back again and choosing to stay here whenever we're coming to Bangkok! The location is just perfect! We suggest y'all to stay here because its really suitable for you to travel anywhere, easy and super fast to catch grab or taxi, the room is just perfectly fit for 2 people! comfy bed, and super clean room, we love the bathroom and hot water as well! The receptionist are just super welcome and always greeting us everyday! We love the stay here, this one is the most favorite!

The best thing about staying here was the location which is basically right next to Khaosan Road - a must visit in Bangkok, especially in the evenings.

It’s pretty far from bus and metro stations. Also, the lift is very small and you can barely fit with your luggage. The AC was not working properly, too.

Great location just steps from Khaosan road and near shopping and nightlife. Its safe and tue facilities are good enough for few nights stay. A/C is good and has ref inside the room. Shower is good. There are many restaurant and street food options in the area. The price is reasonable. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again when in Bangkok

Bed was not the most comfy but good enough. Otherwise I got no complaints at all.

The hotel is in a very convenient area for travelers. Khoasan Road is just a block away and all the noise that goes along with that is a block away as well. You can sleep well at this hotel. Nutzy, the receptionist, is just a super person and helps you with any questions that you might add. The man who checked me in, wasn't as friendly, but was polite. The hotel is very clean and even though I had the very small studio, it had everything I needed as a traveler. You can hear folks in the hallway, but other than that, the noise level is pretty low here. You can eat breakfast across the street at the Khoasan Hotel for 250 Bhat, but you get a lot of food for that. It's a buffet breakfast and you can load up for a busy day of travel here. There's restaurants close by and also luggage stores for travelers who are needing a refresh on their luggage. I liked the cleaning staff too, they were hardworking and also very respectful. Tuk tuks or taxis can be hired right out front and the nearest bus stop is about 2 blocks away.

Maybe my studio room could have been easier to manuver in. Luckily, I'm a small person. They had a restaurant on site, but the staff said it was closed due to covid. I guess in the US, Europe and other areas that doesn't happen so much, but it was an issue here. It's a little hard to see the sign from the road. I passed it once before someone pointed it out to me. The entrance is hidden under an overhang next to a parking garage. Inside looks better than the outside.

I did not expect that the room is co clean and comfort, bonus sunset view with Grand Palace roofs from my window! WOW... This hotel surely listen to my request. I was surprised that the room is quiet despite the hotel location nearby Khaosan road. And the rate is pocket friendly during the New Year high season. I will definitely stay there again when visit Bangkok.

The room size is a bit too small to open two suitcases. I stay alone so it's no problem but if I have roommate then it will be not so comfy. We need to open and close the suitcase in order to move in and out from the room.

loved the location, 30 second walk from the busy Khao San road so couldn’t hear the loud music at night bus was perfect location. 20 minute walk to temples etc! staff were helpful and lovely! didn’t do a room clean, we booked a extra 2 nights and had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper! comfy beds and has hot water and fridge !

the cleaners kept unexpectedly walking into our rooms??? no knock, and walked in while I was getting dressed! very inappropriate and no apology. so tell them to knock and wait before going into rooms! also got stuck in the elevator and had to get my gf to help because the language barrier was difficult, they kept making reservations while we were stuck… but overall not bad stay!

Awesome location just off of Khaosan road, a 15 minute walk from the Grand Palace. The room was super clean, the bathroom was amazing, with a really nice shower. There was aircon, a fridge and clothes rack/shelving set up. The reception staff were really friendly and made everything super easy. They let us check-in early by about 4 hours (I believe we paid 40/50% of the price of the room but this was so worth it for the convenience, and was such a low price anyway given how cheap the rooms were). They also had a baggage storage room we used after we checked out which was available until late in the evening, and we were able to use bathroom facilities when we came to pick up our stuff. Really good price for the quality of the room.

There was no window (but we were aware of this when booking) - just something to keep in mind if you like natural light/a view.
