Albinas Hotel Old City0

We stayed a total of 9 nights and everything was perfect. Every single member of the staff was lovely and always here to help us with our different queries and questions. The hotel is beautifully decorated and located in the heart of the Old Town, which is the perfect location - 5 mins walk from Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosquee; with plenty of shops and restaurants around, as well as a tramway stations within walking distance. The rooms are very clean with all amenities. The breakfast is very filling, and you can also have breakfast on the terrace with a view on both the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosquee 💙 🕌. We'll definitely go back there on our next trip to Istanbul.

the Albinas hotel in Instanbul is one of my best experiences ever. I often use all kinds of hotels for business purposes, but the care for the guests at the Albinas hotel surpasses everything. It starts with the pick-up service from the airport. Perfectly arranged. The people of this family bussines take very good care of you. You will receive a quick answer to all questions. They arrange all reservations for you in a very pleasant manner. The breakfast is great on the last floor with a beautiful view. A clean hotel with great service and in a perfect location!

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing (Furkan, Arda and the Head Housekeeper). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul for the historic sites and views as it is walking distance to the top attractions and the main shopping/tourist areas including the tramline. I also recommend their airport transfer service the support for this starts before you leave with WhatsApp messages which includes a very informative but short video to navigate Istanbul airport. The hotel room was modern spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace – excellent spread to suit healthy eaters and those who prefer a fry up.

I had a lovely stay at the Albinas hotel. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable with a fridge, a kettle and complimentary water bottles. The staff were all friendly Furkan, Eren, Semih and Arda. They were really helpful. Furkan specially was just fantastic he arranged my airport transport, he helped with day trip planning, even with getting our clothes to a great laundrette with great prices. He treats you not just as a guest in a hotel but he makes sure that your holiday in Istanbul is better than expected. This was a great hotel choice and a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

-Lovely place, spotless clean and very comfortable. -Amazing staff, very helpful with information. - Cleaning was done everyday and the room was well kept. - Breakfast was lovely and it was a variety everyday , it had fresh fruits, turkish specialities and a variety of cold meats and cheeses plus cakes and biscuits. -there was a nice , small roof terrace where you could see the Blue Mosque from and which could be used anytime. The view at night was nice as well. - Location was perfect, in Sultanahmed part ,very close to Haghia Sophia, The Blue Mosque etc. Easy acces to Bus(at aprox 400 m) and tram (at aprox 900m) connecting with other parts of the city(advice is to buy an Instanbul travel card from the yellow special machines - we payed 50 lira for the card and then you can top it up with as much as you want and use it for metro, tram, bus, ferry The journeys by tram, bus, metro were around 9,90 lira and by ferry, 12,50 to 14,50 lira. You can use the ferry to cross the bosforous to the Asian side - from Karakoy for example). Overall, a very good experience and very accessible to the main places we wanted to visit.

-the air conditioning was quite loud and did not have a remote to access it with and it was getting quite warm at night - a bit loud at times due to the road noise and the amount of birds present around which were very noisy early in the morning

-Staff at reception where great - helped with tips what to see in Istanbul, where to eat in the local area and how to buy a card for the tram -Hotel is located very centrally in the Old City. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants. Grand Bazaar is a 15 minute walk away. Blue mosque is a 10 minute walk away. -Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both savoury and sweet options (eggs, pancakes, fruit, vegetables, turkish delight, cakes etc). -Room was very clean. Tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel was topped up daily in the room. Slippers available in the room. Iron is available from the staff at reception. -There is a rooftop terrace which has a nice view of Istanbul.

Hello to everyone! I would truly like to share my best impressions for the hotel...everything was great. Great price, amazing location just around the Hippodrome square and Hagia Sophia, the breakfast very rich, exceptional room and everyday a good cleaning and new towels. We would like to express our best gratitude to the entire staff. The reception guys (Furkan and Semih) always polite and ready to assist you at any issue and help you. All the people were very kind (breakfast and cleaning ladies). İstanbul has many options and we know how difficult is to find something truly good and not highly expensive. ALBINAS HOTEL was truly great. Thank you for the experience and service. Cheers from Greece!

Very good location, walking distance to the most of the major historical places as well as public transportation (bus as tram) and shops and restaurants. (Using public transportation in Istanbul is cheap and super helpful.) Very nice and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was good if you arrive early in the morning. Nice room and bathroom. Nice view on the terrace. This hotel has elevator to all the floors except the breakfast serving area on the very top.

If you are not at the breakfast before 8:30 or 9 and things like egg dish or Turkish bagels or fruit and such finishes, they were not not replenished.

We were a very large group of family and friends traveling for Spring Break vacations. We booked Albinas hotel and another hotel across the street (as we needed 11 rooms total,) At Albinas, we were very happy with the rooms, great service, very helpful staff, ventral location. -- I made a mistake with the type of two rooms and Hotel was willing to go extra mile to fix my error last moment. -- Rooms are pretty good. -- A very good breakfast is served at the top floor/ roof terrace with great views. -- When we checked out, we were allowed to store our bags in one of the rooms (some of us had laptops and were hesitant to keep it in the storage area) free of charge until we were ready to go to he airport much later in the day. Very positive experience!
