The property was close to many of the tourist attractions & it was easy to get by to the other places from here as the public transport was just a few minutes away. The staff really cared about their residents. They went above & beyond to ensure that we had a good time without any hassle. As we were traveling with our 1 year old, we had our own challenges but the staff ensured we had a good time & I would highly recommend the stay at this place if you are looking for a budget-friendly accommodation & a place where they welcome you like family. They truly care for your safety & look out for you during your stay in Istanbul. My rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location. Walking distance to many places. Ahmet is very kind and helpful. He provided very detailed information for us and even lent us an Istanbul card for transportation. He offered to arrange the transportation between the hotel and the airport too. He also helped us with the laundry service. That’s very kind.

Some people walked in the street with some noise at night, though not very often.

The room was really nice and quiet, the bed extremelly comfortable and the decoration adorable. We had a small balcony which was an unexpected delight, particularly nice for a couple of rainy days we had. And we could prepare coffee and tea in the room which is always really nice. The room was cleaned everyday, and the soap... oh the soap, what a wonderful parfum. Do you think Im being cheesy? let me get to the part where I tell you about the staff, which was really nice, both day and nights shifts, they had always good advices to give, really good english, and the bests smiles. The cleaning personel were super nice, always in a good mood.

mmm... tough one, I could only say that a slightly better internet connection would be great if you are gonna work from there. But in any case it was good enough for me to work from there when was raining.

Receptionists Ahmet and Çanal were extremely helpful and informative! Room was roomy and comfortable. Hot water in the bathroom too! A five-minute walk away from Sultanahmet Mosque and the Hippodrome.

I'm sorry that COVID killed their breakfasts. Their breakfast buffet in the pre-COVID era was AMAZING! Sigh. No problem, though: in Istanbul there's food everywhere!

Location, location, location. Close to the everything, this hotel is perfect for staying in Istambul; but the staff is the jewel of the crown. Faruk is the most friendly and helpful person we found in our trip. He took the time to explain us where to go first, where to eat in a fabulous restaurant, kept our bag while we went to Capadocia. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again.

Staff very helpful and friendly always on hand to help with any questions. Very helpful when we needed to arrange taxis or transport. Nothing was to much to much trouble to them and always very polite.

Beds are really firm. I personally don't like a firm bed so didn't find it comfortable but other people may like the fact that it is a good firm bed. Front step up onto the front door is abit of a hazard especially in the evening when dark you could trip easily but this seems to be quite common in the area the streets and footpaths are full off hazards

I had gotten pickpockets on this trip. This hotel staff offered me many kinds of help and solved many issues. This hotel is very small but the atmosphere was like a family. That's excellent.

The shower doesn't hot enough.

We absolutely loved the location ...so accessible to the Old Town sights and eateries. Our hosts were super helpful...helping with transits to and from the airport, itinerary planning and advice and general hospitality was tremendous. We felt at-home immediately and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, the receptionist took time to explain the main attractions on a map and everything he suggested was affordable and relevant. I am very grateful for all the explanations and great suggestions. The location of the hotel is perfect, all the main attractions are walking distance.

The staff were amazing-very helpful. we had a little trouble with the tv connection and they came right away and sorted it out

They don't serve breakfast (which we knew when we booked). It would be nice but not mandatory. They do co-operate with a local place that does take away and delivery.
