Arts Hotel Istanbul - Special Class

The location, the reception staff especially borak & aysha, the price is great.

One of the portars, not ahmet, the other guy, was a bit rude due to language barriers, i think they should always keep a smile especially when a tip is offered. No need to freak out when i asked for his name!

Location is in a good neighborhood with lots of services near by. Check in was fast. Room was clean.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom. It wasn't a five star hotel by any strandeds. Window was broken and almost fell on me.

afternoon staff would not let my friend come and pick up some gifts i had brought from my country unless i paid 15Euros, even though i was not spending the night there night myself. I had paid for the room for 14hr layover, and checkin at 3pm and checkout of the room at 10:45pm. He was screaming on the phone, the checkin staff was aware of my friends stopping by, and the checkout person also excused the actions of the previous colleague- however, I still do not believe a customer services rep should ever shout at a client. Esp since the issue had been dealt with the manager earlier that afternoon.

The staff was amazing, and answered to stuff beyond our expectations always with a smile on their face. The room was cleaned everyday without exceptions, the towels replaced and toiletries. To us something that is really important is the bed, and the bed was just like sleeping on a cloud! Breakfast was great as well, the variety everyday was large and tasty. The location is exceptional close to taksim square and a short taxi drive away from wherever you'd like!

The buffet is served by waiters who are very nice, but I like to serve myself alone so that wasn't to my taste. Also, we specifically looked for hotels with a pool, the pool is nice but it's indoors, not too big and quite cold.

For those who like shopping there are so many boutiques close by especially for evening gowns. Very close to metro if you are using it. Cevihar mall is 15 mins walk, istiqlal street is 10 mins walk.

Sea view rooms are t really sea view, sea is very far and you see like a very small spot! They can write an open view but definitely not a sea view.

the pillows were horrible, despite of pillow menu, drspite of my calls to reception there were no normal pillows, every morning I woke up with headache

I still come to Turkey, we frequent 2 hotels (holidayy and divan) but ... by chance I said to try something new, namely ARTS HOTEL .. that I will return as soon as they made me leave these thoughts here about this hotel, namely that ... Very warm staff, very cheap and tasty food but what left me pleasantly surprised was the sauna staff !! a massage done, pleasant, with a special atmosphere that I want to restore whenever I have the opportunity !! In a word hotel of 10⭐️ + .. I WILL COME BACK FOR SURE !!! 🙏🙏

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful especially the bellman MR.(Turan) not just on check in and check out, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near from Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Istanbul.
