Great staff! Very welcoming, always there to help you. They bring breakfast to your room after you call and ask for it. Amazing service. :) The room was big. The location is perfect. Close to Taksim where havabus from/to airports stops.
I got an upgrade free of charge and came only for 2 nights, so didn't want to bother. But the room wasn't clean. Especially bathroom :(

Good value for money. It was clean in the room, receptionist was very friendly and helped us when we left our bag at the bus station nearby. The room was big enough and it was pretty quiet in the nighttime. Location is good as well. The street is quiet but it's only 5 minutes to reach the metro.
There was a smoke odour in the room. Besides this everything was really good.

Our room was quite big - double bed + sofa + baby cot and still we had space. The room was quiet with windows closed. Sheets & towels were done regularly and clean!
