Loved the location, a walk away from the center of Nisantasi, and a 15 minute walk to Taksim. Close to all the restaurants and amenities. Try Mr. Hamza burger (wow). The metro is a 3 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Miss Nigar ( such a wonderful smile) and thanks to all the staff at the reception!

We stayed for 11 nights. The hotel is close to metrostation and bus stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, especially Nigar, she was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel.

The pictures on the booking.com is totally different than the actual, room is small, I asked for a balcony and they gave me a room with a tiny balcony that one can fit standing and no chair. I asked for late check out because my flight is at 7.30 but they only gave me until 1 pm. The lady at the reception evening shift was not helpful. She kept on asking for the money and I said I will pay at check out but she refused, I had to go to my room again and get the money then I wanted the change back from her and she said at checkout Off course I insisted to take it on the spot. She was hesitant to give me receipt and agin she said at check out but I insisted. Breakfast very poor. Never again at this hotel
