Hotel was clean and the rooms was comfy The hotel location was great near metro and everything The staffs of the breakfast buffet are nice and friendly

Should work on Windows insulation of the rooms and upgrade the breakfast buffet its poor for such a great hotel

We loved our stay at Adelmar! We were able to book two rooms on a short notice and they were kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms for free so we could stay on the same floor. We had a shower mishap on our first day and the lovely manager Nesrin and the guys at the reception desk made us feel at ease and made sure we're okay. Each staff member is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They even gave us little presents upon chekout! The food is actually quite good and we didn't find the rooms to be noisy at all. The location is fantastic, barely a 2-minute walk to metro and bus stations and 10-15 min walk to Nisantasi shopping/dining cluster. What a hidden gem, highly recommend!

Nothing, really. Just make sure that your shower drains properly before hopping in.

Location was ideal for attending the conference center. The area is safe and full of amenities. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Room is spacious. Hot options for breakfast rotated every morning to something new.

The area is a bit of a walk from the more touristy attractions and the old city.

I liked the wooden decoration everywhere, the wooden doors; air conditioner to fight the cold weather. Breakfast was very good but not oil for the salad with the fresh vegetables i found. A bit weak on the side of fruits and cakes (which i do not care if i have eggplant!)

The price of the brought from outside meals is rather high taking into consideration the original prices at the same restaurants.

I like the room that they gave me regardless of the one that I booked before , they offered me a big room with the same price , kind and wonderful staff (Wehdat , Nesrin , Percan) and Others , excellent location nearby almost everything you need , luxury four stars room that could be a 5 star but unfortunately the place is small for 5 star standards , good and nice man in cleaning staff always smile and kind man , very good breakfast Bofe with good prices , I recommend it for short , quiet and goos stay .

Closet unfortunately is small for two people and family , the internet company often is poor unfortunately!!

Location is the best just 2 minutes from metro station, room is clean and looks new, Gentleman at front desk, his name is "Ferat" is super nice and polite, he is very helpful, kind and professional, he always smiling to customers and has positive energy. he speaks english as well, he helped us a lot during the stay, also Mr Altug at front desk was very nice and kind, Ahmet helped us a lot with rooms service and luggages. Overall our stay was great thanks to Mr Ferat at reception,

Very slow and weak WiFi, Breakfast also could be more interesting. but overall was not bad at all.

I let the staff know ahead of time that I would be arriving very early (8am) and would just be dropping off my bags. To my surprise, my room was ready when I arrived. I was even upgraded. The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a waterfall and handheld shower. I've been to Istanbul a few times, and this was my favorite breakfast. Lots of Turkish breakfast selections to choose. I booked this hotel because of its location. I was not disappointed. Very easy access to the metro.

Great location, close to Osmanbey metro station. Everything is very nice, from the staff to the comfort.

For Turkey, breakfast might be a little more varied although the current one is satisfactory.

Upgraded us to a huge room with big balcony wrapping around the corner of the building, so we had windows on 2 sides. Wonderful and very helpful General Manager. It was our second stay and will go back next time. Were able to find a couple of restaurants nearby. Try the Ramada up the street and a nice restaurant a few steps from the hotel. Metro is nearly next door.

Breakfast is not really up to the mark, but then they never are in Turkey...that's just how they do it unless you stay at an international 5* hotel. Wish they had a bar, but that's fairly normal in Turkey.
