We loved Harbiye Residence, rooms look exactly like pictures, they’re cleaned daily and the location is great. Parking is also available and although it’s tight, the staff help you with parking. Location is also great in terms of being close to a metro station. Would highly recommend.

The alley where property is located is steep which makes it difficult for old people to walk up to the main road, (luckily not too long distance about 100 meter)

Wonderful experience. There was excellent communication before arrival and hotel staff helped me sort out airport transfer which was reliable,comfortable and luxurious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well looked after at all times. All staff members were very respectful and polite. My room was wonderful. Large, extremely clean and modern. I looooooved it so much. WiFi was good. My room was quiet as I had requested. Daily cleaning. The towels were soft. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times (when I needed instructions to get somewhere, help book a taxi etc) Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located near the conference center (7min comfortable walk) in a district where there are lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this value for money boutique hotel and I am certainly coming back.

The staff members are really nice particularly Fatih. He is an amazing person, who goes extra miles to assist guests. He speaks very good English and always willing to help others. He is an asset to the company. Ms. Nergis and Ms. Filiz, the cleaners are so nice and humble. They kept the room very clean and I was happy to go back to my room after a long day. The location is very convenient. It is very close to Taksim square. You can find everything in walking distance and metro and bus stations are within 3 minutes walk.

Everything worked out fine. The fridge was not working but it got fixed immediately.

Nice hotel, close to many attractions but still in quite area. Staff are very kind and cooperative all the times.

My friends and I, a group of 6, visited Istanbul for a birthday celebration and we looked through many hotels in order to find one. We were really positively surprised that this hotel was exactly as shown in the photos (!) as most of the comments from other hotels were about, how different the rooms in reality are, compared to the photos. We booked two rooms, each for 3 people and there was enough space for us and our suitcases and backpacks. The room and the bathroom were big and most importantly, they were really clean. There is an everyday room service (cleaning, towel changing, bottle of water supply etc.)! The staff was very friendly, very polite and very helpful at all times. There is a 24hours reception and in terms of hospitality, we were offered coffee and/or tea at any time of the day. The hotel is located in a 15min walking distance from Taksim square and 5min walking distance from Tatavla neighborhood (old, vivid, not touristic and interesting neighborhood), it is also very well connected to the historical center and other historical sites of interest (Fener neighborhood etc.) via public transportation (metro and bus). On the day of our return flight, we also used the transportation service to the airport as our flights were really early in the morning. They arranged the pick up for us and the transportation was without problems, easy and convenient. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to take breakfast at the hotel, so no comments on that.

Location is excellent, lots of shops, restaurants and food markets around. Metro station is a 6-7 min walk. The room was cleaned everyday. Beds were very comfortable. There was an electric kettle and small tea/coffee packets in the room. Hotel staff was amazing! Guys are super helpful, they helped us with luggages while check in and check out. They also helped us with ordering a taxi to the airport (early in the morning before 7 am). They did all the best whatever you asked for and each time when we met they asked if we needed any help. This is the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever seen in the hotels. Thank you for everything!

No soundproofing in the room. But it still did not bother us that much.

Very cozy and clean hotel with super nice and helpful staff. The location is really good: close to Nisantasi, bus stops and metro station. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is really good. We stayed there for 7 nights and were pleased with everything. Will def go back there again.
