The hotel is very well located. A short walk takes you to the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia. If your destination is Galata, the tram has a stop a few meters from the hotel. The Havaist bus to the international airport is also within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and are impeccably clean. We arrived 3h before check-in time and were allowed in without any additional payment. The hotel manager is very friendly, dedicated and efficient, always ready to solve any problem that may arise. Good value for money.

It would be great if they offered more fruit options for breakfast.

Fab breakfast. Great room with balcony. Staff very helpful and cheerful couldn't do enough for us Big thanks to the 2 lads on the deck at reception really helpful with information and arranging taxis.information on trams and ferries. well done. Special thanks to the manageress Tuna. She knows how to treat her clients and give them everything required. She also went beyond and arranged a birthday surprise cake with all the staff singing Happy Birthday. Highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints everything was perfect

me and my family enjoyed our stay very much, its was superb, the cleanliness is great , we had a request during the booking and hotel fulfilled our request , the any request was responded very fast , the manager and the staff was very nice and welcoming and very hospitality . the location is great and close to the tram and to the grand bazar so its easy to get to all the places we wanted. the breakfast is very good too. the hotel has the restaurant café which we enjoyed sitting there at the end of every day. in conclusion it a great place with a wonderful staff.

Close to Main Street, near grand bazaar, market of whole sale, tram station, sultan Ahmet and our favorite cafe mostafa hafez . Everyday changed water bottles , cleaned room , replaced tea. Welcoming people . At check out provided good bye drink . Lovely

Not obviously- but little bit change for breakfast as it was the same every day , but it was ok.

the location is amazing, the rooms are very nice and good size, the bathroom is also good, overall an enjoyable stay and would come back again.

the rooms could use a better cleaning. the breakfast is 95% the same every morning, needs more variety. the dining room needs to be cleaned better, i came back the next day to the same table and some of the small bits that were left behind were still there.

Very conveniently located hotel, nice, clean, elegant, comfortable. Walking distance from the Grand Bazaar, one streetcar stop from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Cisterna Mosque. Around stores, typical but also classic restaurants like international chain restaurants. I recommend it to everyone.

There's nothing I didn't like about it. Very friendly staff, restaurant under the hotel really impressive on the alleys around the Mosque square

Excellent location as tram station is nearby, food and shopping are just outside hotel. Given an upgrade to a beautiful suite which appears newly renovated. Near to Grand Bazaar.

There is a large mosque opposite which has loud prayers at early mornings(and evenings) We were there during the public holidays where Grand Bazaar shops were closed. So the streets outside were quieter. I would imagine the noise may be loud when all the shops are open.

The hotel is located in a very central area and close to everything in the city, two minutes' walk to the metro and the Grand Bazaar. Glimpses of the hotel treat the guests very well (especially the hotel manager and the staff of girls in the dining room), the rooms are very clean and quiet. I would love to return to the hotel in the future.

Even tough the Final didn't go well for Inter... my staying at Balin Hotel was wonderful. Nice and clean rooms, a well working wifi and a good tasty breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect to wander around the bazar and the mosques, close enough to the public transport to be comfortable to reach. Last, but not least, a big thank you for the people working there! Always nice and very helpful for every need or information. See you next time!
