Great location, close to tram, metro and airport bus station. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice rooms, hot dishes for breakfast vary each day. Very pleasant experience!

Small hotel in Istanbul consumer goods trading district. Yes room was small but good to stay couple days. Shower room was small but shower itself good size. There was always hot water and good pressure. There were a lot of shampoo and other toiletries but I did not use them. Good white towels. Bed line was snow white and good quality. Mattress was a bit hard but no complaints form my side. Room was clean an nice comparing to some bad reviews. Staff was very helpful. In general my room on fifth floor (yard side) was very quiet just neighbours slapping doors and yelling in corridor. Location of hotel is good. AC was working good but it turns off as soon as you leave the room and every time you enter the room you have to switch it on.

Breakfast menu has to be revised. Why serve the same dishes every morning which nobody even tries? Yes you can hear a corridor noises if your neighbors are loud. Wifi works but system is terrible. Every time you have to reconnect and it makes you crazy. Elevator is slow but no need to rush. TV channels are poor. Only one keycard for doors and AC which turns off as soon as you leave the room and every time you enter the room you have to switch it on again.

I really liked the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the position of the hotel, very warm and cosy and nice and clean bathroom filled with everything you might need. And the bed (mattress and pillow) was ok.

Its all ok, liked I said before the mattress and the pillow could be better, but they are ok as they are. Probably they change the mattress and pillow quite often (because of the hygienical aspect) and in this case they can’t buy high end mattress and pillows (because they will need to keep them longer for amortization reasons).

The staff and the breakfast were out of this world!!! During our entire 14 day trip in Turkey, this Hotel Momento blew everyone else’s breakfast away! I could have stayed for the whole day just getting up and refilling my plate with food.

Our air conditioner didn’t work properly and it was SO hot which made attempting to sleep very uncomfortable. It’s in an interesting area of Turkey. It’s not that I didn’t feel safe, I just felt like I was where locals stay at and not tourists.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I am always satisfied. Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. I am especially satisfied with Mr. Nail, who helped me with the accommodation and promptly found me a parking lot by calling over the phone. He is very kind and professional in his work. All in all, I recommend the hotel to everyone. Greetings to Mr Nail...

Central location. Very friendly staff, offered help non-stop. Staff could speak decent English. Overall clean hotel.

Quite some smoke smell in the hallways. I think it just got soaked into the carpet when smoking was allowed. It was quite cold during breakfast and the breakfast was elaborate, but not really my cup of tea (Leek or pickled cabbage is not my breakfast food, but to each their own..) coffee was really bad.

location is good and central. Hotel is clean. Great customer service from Elvan and Kemal who helped us with our luggage. Elvan will always make sure you are comfortable, greeting you with a smile , organising transport and tour activities. very good person

Clean and pleasant design of the room and its square. It was very nice to have tea pot a little table with armchairs in the room. Bath room is clean and well equipped. T1 tram line to the main sightseeings in the center is just a few blocks up hill.

The hotel is situated in a true trading block of Istanbul... Your neigbours will be lots of shoe and cloth shops. Therefore it starts to be loud on the street rather early. It would be grate to have a joice of porridges to a breakfast buffet.
