breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast hamam and spa facilities were excellent room was clean everyone speaks good English after checks out they even locked our luggage is a secure room with a camera so we can stroll Istanbul for a couple of more hours. they booked us taxis for reasonable prices too.

I’m not sure how maybe vents but whenever the next door rooms smoked cigarettes we could smell it in our room and even hear them very clearly. but I can’t complain much- hotel was super cheap.

Location was excellent. Just opposite Grand Bazaar. Also there is a nice grocery store just next to the hotel where you can buy almost all food and fruit items. AC was very effective. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rainfall shower was a treat.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location with main attractions in walking distance as well as the tram a few mins away. The location is so accessible to public transpo. Just few mins away to the tram which can take you anywhere in the city. The hotel itself is so good and clean. The front office manager Omar was very helpful and supportive, he kindly upgraded the standard room to comfort room which was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a decent spread, the staff including cleaning staff were also helpful and friendly. Overall I was pleased with this hotel, I would book again if visiting the beautiful enchanting city again in the near future.

staff at the reception are great and helpfull i was at this hotel now for second time my first time was diffrent experience not with reception but with the room .But even i said i will not gonna come back i come for second time how i mentioned reception staff are very help full and kind people soo when i come this time with my daughter i was expecting to get standart room but they upgraded for me a room which was a brilliant beautiful room even my little daughter love the the room and im not a person who needs to be in luxurious room but for me is important to get clean room and feel comfortable in a room and this room was that i expecting from every my booking to nice clean and comfortable breakfast this time we missed but from my first visit i can say is very nice and tasty food there i just feel sorry for the chef he was that kind person that he come to me at reception and ask my daughter and me what we like to eat for lunch but because i come to istanbul to collect a prescription for my son that we miss again lunch and i was fell sorry for that that i didn’t had a time to apologise to the chef but next time i will arive back at this hotel and hopefully i will have a time lovely like this time thank you to the staff at the reception

locations is great staff are brilliant and breakfast are very tasty

Everything was perfect. The hotel location is great. My room on 5th floor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room bathroom is similar to 5 stars hotels. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel team hospitality overall was amazing. I truly appreciate the Hotel Manager support with room allocation. This is the second time I stay at the hotel, travelled with my family, booked two comfort rooms with a balcony with a mosque view, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, I have to praize OMER from the reception he greeted us with a beautiful smile, directly remembered us from our last stay and gave us the rooms upon arrival although we arrived very early at about 11:00 am, that helped us a lot since we were very tired from our red eye flight and we went straight to sleep and woke up a couple of hours later energetic and refreshed and went on to explore beautiful istanbul. The breakfast is great it has a variety of everything even added pancakes they didn't have the last time and my 14 years old twin girls loved them. the hotel is 1 minute walk to beyazit tramway so it's very easy to get around the grand Bazar is a minutes walk from the hotel. there is an inside swimmimg pool, they require a hair cap ig you want to use the pool. I recommend the hotel very much. and again a big thank you to OMER from the reception he helped us alot and always greeted us with a big smile.

the cleaning staff can do a better job but that didn't bother me enjoting a great stay at the hotel

The staff, particularly Omar on reception, who always greeted us with a smile and was so helpful. The location, once the tramline roadworks are completed, is excellent. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, restaurants, shops and attractions so everything is close by.

Due to the roadworks Istanbul traffic was even more chaotic than usual and taxis couldn't get close to the hotel. Bit daunting for a first time in Istanbul to find your way but to be honest it all added to the overall experience, and nothing that the hotel could do about either. In fact they did everything possible to help make our stay easy and organised an airport transfer.

we stayed for 5 nights had 2 rooms one delux with sea view and one comfort room with a balcony and mosque view, the comfort room was excellent it was newly renovated and very comfortable, the delux room didn't have a balcony inspite being told it had one it was very spacious but the renovation in it wasn't toltally finished so i would recomment staying in the comfort room with balcony which is cheaper but way better than the more expensive delux room, check in procedure was smooth but do bring the visa u did the reservation with cause they need it physically, Omer in the front dest was very nice and kind always smiling, the spa staff very nice and good, my girls liked that they could swin in the indoor pool, make sure to bring swimmimg caps to all who wants to swim, pool open with no charge from 12:00 till 18:00 afterwards it's with 10 euro charge for each person and u have to bring ur towel from the room, breakfast was very good with a big varirty of foods for everyone my teenage girls didn't like that they didn't have pancakes for breakfast, certainly will stay here again

our room was the delux room we were promised it would have a balcony but it didn't have one the pool should be free of charge for guests of the hotel all day long and not submitt to a 10 euro fee for each person after 18:00 the girls wanted pancakes for breakfast and for the duration of our 5 night stay didn't they should ask to physically see the visa card u did the reservation with on bookinf.com, in our case we didn't have it on us so we paid twice now waiting dor the refund
