I was in this hotel for the second time. Now I stayed there for 6 nights. Again, I can say just only the best about this hotel. 🤗Really great location - in the city centre, clean - every day room cleaning, beautiful design, amazing view, and really great breakfast.🙂 The hotel manager Emrah helps in everything, manages evrything, in every situation and really does his best ☺and his colleagues too. I can only praise the hotel and Emrah with his team. 👌👍

The hotel interior was very nice and it was very stylish with great Internet connection and good facilities. The reception was really helpful and understanding despite whether we questioned them in the morning or night and the rooms were kept really clean.

There were a few instances where we were disturbed with someone coming into the room late at night which was reported to the reception and were told it was a mistake but still shook us a bit.

Hotel location is very near to the metro station Beyazid, which gives access to all tourist activities. the team in the hotel is kind and professional. Mr. Emre is offering a very nice Concierge servise, advising organizing all possible activities/ Restaurants ect.. Room service is made every day with changing bed items. Breakfest has a variaty of nice turkisch foods. Even 1 day we were late after closing the breackfest arround 10:40am they made it possible to have fresh food, thank you for that. The transfert to the airport organized by the hotel is on time, in a luxury car very nice.

One items to be improuved: the closet size is small, since we were almost 10 days the area to store clother is very small.

A lovely hotel with a very good location. The staff were all polite, friendly and extremely helpful. We received a lot of help from Mr Osman, who helped us when we had problems with our check-in for the flight home.

One thing that could be improved is the strength of the WiFi signal on the top floor. We were in room 303 and WiFi was a bit weak. Devices called "WiFi Repeaters" can be used to boost WiFi signal. The hotel should consider installing a WiFi Repeater on the top floor. These devices aren't expensive

courteous staff (enran and hakan) in particular, very accommodating and easy going. breakfast plentiful. great gym.

there’s some sort of alarm on the door. sometimes there was a funny smell when we came back to the room. but nothing major! water pressure was ok.

Really good location - you can easily reach main sightseeings, moreover you can easily get city transport to go to see more. Tasty breakfast - traditional Turkish starters in wide assortment, some were a little bit specific, but I liked the food in the hotel very much We had nice room with a balcony and 3 windows, the design in ottoman’s style was very authentic Also we ordered the hotel’s transfer from and to the airport, it was very comfortable I especially liked the hotel’s personal: very professional, hospitable and friendly, always ready to help I should notice, that it’s rather noisy (especially in the morning) outside the hotel because of the crowded streets around, but it’s normal for most areas in Istanbul I would recommend Enderun hotel for your journey

It would be nice to have real Turkish tea (not Lipton) and hot meal (porridge, fried eggs, vegetables, etc) for breakfast. Only 0,5 litres of water for two days for two persons is served in a room, it would be better to have 0,5 litres for one person daily

Great location if you prefer more old, very clean and beautifully kept and lovely staff. Very helpful with booking the dinner cruise, Turkish baths and all were very nice. The area is lovely, especially a local bakery, the hustle and bustle during the day of small shops opening up, handy to the sea and to Beyazit Mosque and the University, the historical Baths are all within 10 mins walking distance. Finding a bookshop area was a gem.

Would stay again as the room was sorted for the second night to accommodate 2 beds for 2 people and the hotel taxi which took a detour in the early hours, apologised. Mistakes can happen but staff helped to correct these.

I have never seen that welcoming and helpful stuff. They could book you everything and even make you. a discount, they try to comfort you in the best possible way! The hotel is located in the old town very close to the main sight seeing points, but be ready to walk up and down hill, and there are plenty of small local shops around. The breakfast was like traditional Turkish/eoropean buffet, the choice is limited but satisfying. By the way they have a very nice backyard garden with a fontain!

You should know that 'city hotel' does not include a good view by default ( I was lucky to have a balcony on the highest floor with the view to Bosphorus), and all other buildings : hotels, shops are very close, so you can waive to your neighbors.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, few steps from a few famous places as well as transportation, restaurants, and the Bosphorus . Stayed for a seven nights based on my wife previous experience in 2022, and I have to admitted it’s worth it. Perfect hospitality Mr. Osman, Mr. Emrah and all the staff. Rooms are clean and have all the essential needs for a visitor. Breakfast was good. Attentive service, good team on duty all the time. Bottom line definitely I will book again on my next visit this summer.
