Grand Beyazit Hotel

The staff. Especially Farhaad , Furqaan and fayrooz as well as the big guy at reception. very very happy with the service and how pleasant and helpful they are . the location is very close to the tram line.

We were a couple that had a room next to a family room, it can get very noisy due to small kids running up and down the passage and banging doors and ringing bells and the parents and kids speaking on top of there voices at midnight and pass mid night, but I cannot blame the hotel. I can Blame the Brainless parents ( Arabs I think) who have no manners and consideration for other guest . I had called reception one night to complain because I was rudely woken from my sleep , in less then 2minutes they had sent someone to attend to my complain. very good fast service from hotels side . Hair Dryer works for only few seconds at a time. have to wait around 2-3minutes before it works again and then also only works for few seconds.

The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are being cleaned every day, the linen changed also on daily basis. The location is fine and the hotel is in the walking distance to the most famous sightseeing points.

The hotel looks a bit worn out and needs renovation, painting of the walls at least and changing of the upholstery.

Perfect location. Not far from blue mosque and across the road from the Grand bazaar. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Like the outdoor seating. Comfortable bed. The breakfast did taste nice. Shower essentials were provided. Robe and slippers etc

The bed socket did not work. Only two sockets in the room and one was not working. Permanent mark on the floor. Breakfast selection was okay,more or less the same items each day. Cupboard space is very little for hanging clothes and no dressing table.

the location and room was clean each day with fresh bed sheets also good variety for vegan for breakfast staff are very friendly ( zuhul) thank for the help

the toilet are small and the shower door in are room was very awkward the way it opened also very frustrating are first night as booking’s has made a mistake and 2 people from are party were not added in the booking we had arrived after a very long delayed flight and was told that the couldn’t accommodate the other two people with bed and that also we had to pay extra with I had proof that wasn’t the case we came to an agreement and I paid for the 2 people who weren’t added the next day I was give the amount back and was told that Booking had made the mistake but even at that I was very frustrated I know that staff was try their best but I am very annoyed of how it was managed and of what Would have happened if I hadn’t had proof

Everything, the view and the rooms were perfect in my opinion.

The breakfast was almost the same everyday and it wasn’t tasty, it was just basic, but good.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly... when we got there the room wasnt quite what we expected. I spoke to the wonderful Lady who is in charge of reservations Pinar, she was very on top of things and immediately sorted out my concerns, changed my room and helped meet my expectations of the hotel. The location is perfect and is really in the centre or very close to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, the chefs tired to change their buffet everyday.

The room was smaller than I had imagined but Pinar was absolutely amazing with regards to helping me change my booking and making the remainders of my stay super comfortable. A live station or an option of "how would you like your eggs done?" Would be really welcomed... everyday is scrambled eggs with a number of different sides. Some the same others different

It was modern and well kept. The members of staff where outstanding-polite and helpful. All the receptionists stood out and Fatuma the room attendant who created lovely towel designs for us every morning!

Some areas like the basement need attention. I wanted to use the gym and the treatment area but it was not welcoming. The area had an unpleasant smell and the facilities in the treatment area needed some care and attention. It was not an area where I could relax! This was a pity because the lady offering the treatments was lovely but the area let her down!

I loved how close it was to all the attractions so me and my family didn’t have to pay much for travel and all the places we wanted to go were walking distance. We stayed for four nights and the staff were so kind and helpful.

I didn’t like how the bathroom was quite see through and the cleanliness could have been better but other than that no issues.

Good Breakfast and Location is very Good near the Grand bazaar spice bazaar and metro station and lots of more

The staff were really great and helpful, one great example was Ferhat at the reception desk, he was an excellent member of staff that made my stay at the hotel better, he was very helpful and the other staff members also that helped, very grateful.

there was one small problem with the room A/C not working but the next day after they tried to fix it , they changed my room with no issue .
