Great location in direct proximity to all the sights. A very helpful and hospitable staff. Special thanks for helping us arrange a last-minute transfer to the airport.

Keep in mind that the historic center of Istanbul is located on rather steep hills, so consider ordering a transfer especially if you are traveling with disabled people, children or you have lots of luggage. You should also pay attention to terrible traffic jams on weekdays.

the receptionist was helpful with us with information and with luggage. He also gave us a good room for our second stay with them according the preferences we mentioned to them. With nice oriental furnishing with comfy beds This hotel's location is one of a kind. It is in the middle of old town of Istanbul with beautiful walk to many of the touristic places, it is also close to many shops and bazzars with a nice seaview from our room. And a short walk to the tram. Wonderful choice for this price. I'll definitely visit again after this stay.

I wished this hotel have an elevator to help us get our luggage up to the room. Bathrooms was so small.

The hotel was quiet, very clean and cozy with comfortable beds and lovely views. It is located in a very convenient and charming neighborhood within walking distance to many attractions and the sea. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The neighborhood is generally quiet at night, but there are a lot barking dogs around at night which can be a bit annoying. But I would highly recommend staying here, as it's perfect for the price.

Hotel location, walking distance to the Bazar, shops and restaurants in hotels area. Close to nice cafe. People at reception were helpfull and were ok to keep my luggage before check in. A/C, small refrigerator, big bed. Just a nice, simple place to stay for a few days.

Not too much spare rooms, so check in at 14:00. Don't expect to walk nearby to swim at sea,close, but, it is a big city, and in Istanbul they don't have a beach near old city.

The location is best and the staff is much n much cooperative,,,,,especially Sayit and Diana were very very cooperative,,,,,highly recommend

Only wash rooms are very very small

The view was good. 5 or 6 minutes to metro station.

Our room was on the top floor and it was no elevator and the stairs were tiny and round, we had kids and every day we were about to fall from those stairs

I had such a great stay at the hotel during my week in Istanbul. The owner and the staff are amazingly hospitable, kind and warm-hearted! Always making sure that I, as a guest, feel comfortable and helping me in everything I needed. The room was always sparklingly clean and felt warm & comfortable. Location is excellent as it's within a walking distance to the major sites in the area and close to the tram stop. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their time in such a beautiful city as Istanbul and feel like at home being received by such kindest people!

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Istanbul. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

the location itself is great, everything was within reach. subway, bus... Grand Bazaar 10 min. walking distance

it would be good if the room had an additional small table and some additional chair

The hotel room was newly decorated and I felt comfortable staying there.

There is noise outside the hotel from the packers and distributors of the shoe industry in the street at all hours of the day.
