The room was very comfortable, with a door separating sleep area from relax area, the blackout curtains were a cherry on top. The breakfast was simple, yet fulfilling, and most importantly the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Apo Celik, front office manager. If you can, order the transfer from the hotel - for us it was a big car and it has saved us lots of stress getting from and to the airport. The room had a great view on Bosphorus, we spent some of our mornings drinking tea and watching beautiful sunrises. The location is perfect - lots of lively places around for eating and shopping.

It took certain effort to take a shower without making a flood - the shower holder required fixing. One night someone was having a very loud interaction in the hall and it could be heard in the room.

GLK provided me and my family a angelic experience the staff was unbelievably kind ,helpful and caring . They all ways where willing to help and would offer advice to anyone and everyone. They where extremely friendly and where all ways willing to have a conversation. The hotel is in a amazing location near many of the visiting site each about 5 minutes away if not less from the hotel. Anther positive thing GLK PREMIER hotel is that its is extremely clean and well kept .

one of the only negative factors about this hotel is the breakfast food. It was very plain and not many options especially for children.

AC not running at certain times of the year, no fan provided so had to keep window open and if you have a room facing the street it can be noisy from the bars.

Ideal location close to every single sightseeing in the old city, you can walk anywhere. breakfast was excellent, rooms very well done and clean, amazing warm shower, you can use spa, fitness club and hammam for free. but the best thing is the staff! they surprised us with a cake for my friends birthday, and Apo, the hotel manager, is one of the most helpful, polite and friendly hotel staff I have ever met. The kitchen staff are also very caring, full of attention and smiles!

very nice people, all of them very nice: special kenan he comes one of my friend because the first 2 days I hate the Turkish people because they are very rude, very attitude but kenan he made me change my mind about Turkish people, , 2 girls working in the kitchen they are very nice even one of them before I asked what I want she remembered what I want and make ready for me, the room service very honest I did test them and comes very honest, if I want go back I will contact kenan to booking room for me

The location very convenient to old city. The staffs are so nice and helpful with smile welcoming especially Kenan. He gave us direction to all best places to visit.

The hotel is so cozy with nice atmosphere.

My husband and I stayed at the GLK Premier for four nights. It was a perfect stay. First, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Abdullah was very helpful. The staff recommended places to eat that were very close to the hotel with wonderful food. We had a suite and the rooms were spotlessly clean. They also had an elevator that was great after long days of travel and touring. Breakfast was superb. I would give higher than ten stars.

Best thing about the hotel was the staff especially Kenan, Abdullah and Mustafa. Most of the time we were greeted by Kenan he went out of his way to help us any way he could, definitely a credit to the hotel.

kenan was a breath of fresh air professional super nice Mostafa was super sweet so as Apo and Emre they were all very nice and helpful and good at what they’re doing.

I guess staying at a Hotel is just to sleep when you are vacationing. The Hotel was clean and safe, for a first timer it was close to a lot of places that I visited without worrying about transportation.
