The location was good and walking distance to many of the top attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large. The breakfast was good.
The twin room was a bit cramped and separated from a double room with two parallel doors. The doors could benefit from more noise isolation. Some windows didn't close fully, passing cold air and street noise. Luckily the area was relatively quiet. The toilet flushes were automatic with poorly functioning proximity sensors. It sometimes flushed when bending forward half way done. In another room, it was flushing randomly every half hour or so in an empty toilet. The housekeepers were removing room items such as pillows, notepad, sticker to block the toilet sensor and prevent flushing.

The Biz Cevahir is really central if you’re visiting the historical sites like the mosques and the basilica cistern. It’s a lovely quiet corner of the touristy area though and a blissfully cool space to escape to after a long day of crowds. The breakfast is very good with different Turkish delicacies on offer every day.

Cafer was very helpful and fantastic and the staff were all lovely and brilliant! Me and my child loved it here and it was a great spot to getting around everywhere. Thank you so much I will stay here again!

The location is just perfect; 3 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue mosque. The hotel is extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. The staff is amazing. Especially Jafer and Yasher catered for our every need with utmost warmth and professionalism and made our stay extra special! Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is great and they are there for you 24 hours. The rooms were cleaned every day. The terrace of our room was large and had a view of the sea and the Blue Mosque. The location is in the center, 2 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Galata Bridge is about a half hour walk, Grand Bazaar about 15 minutes walk. As for the PCR test, we did the same at the hotel (300TL).
