Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus & Spa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the well-equipped fitness center. The hotel's location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions and excellent dining options. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the level of personalized service. The staff not only remembered my name, but also anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. It's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail in a hotel. I also have to mention the delicious breakfast spread! There was a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. In summary, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city. Great view from the room, comfortable bed & nice bathroom with large shower.

Breakfast was below our expectation and only used once of of four opportunities as a consequence.

The service was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager Erdem, he can fix problems and make things simple and clear. Behnaz is amazing, this lady is very helpful and very kind. Salma also, she speaks 4 languages which is helping everyone with having a good communication. Serhat is so kind. Btuhan and Hekmat are kind and very nice as well. Faten was smiling with all gustes and trying to make us happy during the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone for staying in Istanbul.

There was no swimming pool. The senk in the washroom. Breakfast time must started from 8 am till 11 am.

Front desk was great, Meysam Hawrahi was very helpful and accommodating getting me into the hotel smoothly and efficiently, I have nothing but praise for his efforts after a long flight.

For the price you can’t complain, it is what it is.

First time staying here at this beautiful hotel, the service has been high quality, and everyone is very very friendly! The view is to die for! Highly recommend staying at this hotel during your stay in Istanbul. You are also in a good location for some shopping around

Because of coming again, the staff gave me a more luxurious room even though I reserved a standard room. For the price, this hotel is the best hotel in Taxim, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located almost 2 minutes from Taksim metro and Istiklal street.

Location cental 3 minutes walk to iskkal Road everything around you

The A c was not that good thus is second tine I used the hotel with sane problem. Breakfast fair for the money you paid

Ideal location as it's located in heart of Istanbul, taksim Square, Nice space in room, and very good value of money. However breakfast need improvement. Swimming pool is supposed to be temperature controlled
