Limak Eurasia Luxury Hotel

Top class hotel with a very helpful and professional staff at every departments. Excellent service and delicious food for the breakfast and the dinner. The laundry service was really high class level. Nice and cosy bar. Superb outdoor area. I'll absolutely recommend Limak Eurasia Luxury Hotel to everyone who needs a hotel stay in Istanbul.

Güvenç, kinan ve hami made our stay super. They were friendly and welcoming. At the gym, nour was amazing and Gul chan from the cleaning team. We felt like home; the location has everything around you and being at the top; you see amazing views as you walk around. The room was amazing in size and very luxury in furnishings and finishing

That the pool was closed during our stay and jacuzzi is not free. The gym is not fully equipped. The fact that "almost" every day we have to ask for the water complmintary water bottels, tea bags and Nescafe.

I arrived in the middle of the night and already left the day after. Therefore, no comments on the hotel facilities beyond room and breakfast. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The room was "okay" with all facilities you may expect. Yet, the bathroom was pretty small (shower only) and the furniture would deserve some "renovation". I had my business appointment nearby which was the reason to stay here. I will definitely come back, when I have to attend any business in the vicinity. The room rate was reasonable for the standard provided.

I wanted to have my invoice for the overnight stay at check-in since I had already paid for the room. This request was declined for no reason. Yet, check-out the next day was quick as there had not been many guests checking-out at the same time.

The hotel is really great! -the staff is really friendly and helpful and was willing to solve any question that I had -the hotel is really beautiful, the facilities are new and clean -the bed was really comfortable, you could select pillows from 3 or 4 options -breakfast was really tasty and has a lot to offer, we did not get bored after staying there for 9 days. -we ordered dinner to the room almost every day - the restaurant is superb! Amazing quality, big portions and affordable prices -sauna and pool were great, not many people there (we were by ourselves most of the time) -wifi was excellent. I had to work from the hotel and wifi connection was always strong, allowing video calls -location is nice - 30 mins by taxi from the airport and about 40 mins to the city center. Far from the business of Istanbul, has calm surroundings and supermarket with cafes 5 mins by foot -price was good for this amazing experience!

The staff were genuinely nice and radiated with positivity with a sincere interest in helping lodgers even if there was a language barrier at any point. Right from the security post, to the Reception (Several people spoke good English, not just transactional conversations either) , complementary drinks at the bar, patient restaurant attendants, floor security control, house keeping spot on. Didn't get a chance to go to the Gym or Spa because we were mostly outside touring the City. The bathroom had a glass window with blinds between looking into the bedroom, so you can mute the TV in the room and continue watching through the window and Audio system in the bathroom. Coming back to a noise free room, quiet 4th floor and street below was always a blessing. We chose the hotel because it had the facilities we needed, was clean and perhaps most importantly safe and far from the noise and traffic noise in the European side of Istanbul. A 20 min taxi ride arranged by the hotel or Uber was a good compromise for us as we went to town early in the morning and returned in the evenings after touring places like Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Bosphorus Boat cruise, Galata Tower in distance, the Bazaar and the other usual spots and malls. They had some cute guard dogs/pets in the compound grounds too. + There's a piano in the lobby around the Bar/Elevator.

Not sure we had any issue. I think we only joked that the beds were always well made with new sheets, Duvet, 3 pillow types on the first day's checkin but the broad pillows and decorative throw at the foot of the bed that goes over the Duvet were never put back on the bed but rather in the cupboard area. It wasn't about being lazy as the locations of the broad pillows were changed sometimes so must have been deemed unnecessary everytime or perhaps because they found them like so after the first clean and assumed we didn't want them. Was a great stay and experience, would come back here.

Everything was excellent!!! Excellent, smiling staff. Always ready to help. Clean rooms that are cleaned every day. There is television and YouTube. Safe in the room. Delivery of delicious food to your room from the restaurant.The location I needed was near to our university.There is a beautiful forest around and fresh air. I hope we will come here often. The hotel itself was great, the facilities were excellent, the staff, cleanness and comfort were exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic! It was a pleasure to see how polite, respectful and caring were the staff.

Despite all the good things we liked to sometimes buy drink from outside and have it in our own room and the hotel staff stopped us from that. I think this policy is not good for a 5 star hotel like Limak. One suggestion would be to encourage all staff to learn English as it will be very helpful.

The staff at front desk were very kind, professional and helpful, especially Kaan. Staff at SPA center were nice and good in communication. We also got complimentary breakfast during our stay , thanks a lot.

Most of waiters at restaurants couldn’t understand basic English , it’s not ok for 5 stars hotel, you should work on it. Housekeeper didn’t always change supplies and bathrobes at room.

Awesome breakfasts. Great helpful people work there. Really liked the food available in the restaurant & room service. The second pool is available in winter. Pool & gym are included in the price. The room is really spacious and designed really well.

Some imperfectness in bath condition - something does not work, there are some amounts of mold and wearout (but don't be afraid - really small amounts and I'd said it is the same as virtually in every place). Air-conditioner was noisy sometimes. The location is well itself, but it is bad if you need the touristic places.

needs renovation. not all staff speak English. there was a football team that were staying on the same floor with use and they would leave their sweaty jerseys in the corridor the be picked up and clean. it was not a nice looking (or smelling) sight
